This is really a lovely place down a side street next to Hotel Miramar. The restaurant itself was so nice and quaint - it was calm, the waitress (lady with glasses) was so kind and lovely and made everything look effortless and put me at ease. The chefs and staff behind the counters also were smiling relaxed. I loved the atmosphere!! They were closing but were so gracious about me staying a bit longer as a solo diner who eats slowly! The food was tasty and prepared with care and everything is home made. A lovely experience and the staff seemed happy and relaxed. I had the prawns encrusted with pistachio which were very good the accompanying black garlic sauce I loved and panacotta which was carefully constructed and flavoursome. I don’t think the flavours are bland at all like some other posters have commented, perhaps just add a bit of salt to bring out the flavours-maybe eating other routinely very salty fish etc in Malaga makes this seem less salty. Everything was prepared with pride and effort and tasted very good. I would return as it’s also quite a romantic unpretentious place 🥰 Also it’s not too expensive -it is in line with what you would pay in a restaurant

This Italian restaurant doesn't look much from the outside, but inside it's a little gem. It's a one minute walk from Gran Hotel Miramar and ironically it's where we had two of the best meals while we were in Malaga. The decor is gorgeous, the tables are well spaced and comfortable - it's pretty much perfect. It's not just a pizza restaurant, they have other Italian cuisine as well but we had the 4 Stagioni Pizza and a Rugalo salad - absolutely delicious. After that I had their Gelato which was exceptional. They only do three flavours - Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. I have never tasted such delicious chocolate gelato before, thick, creamy and full of flavour. They have a varied wine list and other drinks. They also do Take away. The service was professional and friendly. On our second visit we had exactly the same meal as we had on the first. I just wish I was there today.

Save your Money I generally only take the time to write good reviews We picked this restaurant purely on a review basis From google maps In hindsight, all good reviews were From a year ago The last review was similar to this If you’re looking for authentic Italian flavors, this place is not it. The pizza was a disaster—soggy crust, bland sauce, and cheese that tasted like it came straight from a discount supermarket. As for the pasta? drowning in a lifeless, watery sauce with zero seasoning. It’s almost impressive how they managed to make both pizza and pasta this disappointing. Service was good, young girls eager to please We returned the food, when we received the bill pizza and pasta both were changed for the staff were uninterested Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to cook Italian food. This is From somebody in the hospitality business

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant in Malaga, and I must say it was an extraordinary culinary experience. This hidden gem not only offers the best Italian cuisine in town, but it also boasts impeccable service and a staff fluent in English.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's cozy decor and soft lighting created a delightful ambiance that perfectly complemented the dining experience. The attentive and friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome and at ease.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu was extensive, featuring a wide array of traditional Italian dishes that truly showcased the chef's expertise. Each plate was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors and made with the finest ingredients. From the delicate antipasti to the mouthwatering pasta dishes, every bite was a delight to the senses. The pizza, in particular, was a standout. The thin, crispy crust was perfectly topped with a generous amount of fresh ingredients, creating a symphony of flavors.

What impressed me just as much as the culinary delights was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. They were knowledgeable about the menu, providing helpful recommendations and answering all my questions with enthusiasm. Moreover, their proficiency in English made communication effortless and added a personal touch to the overall experience.

I cannot recommend this Italian restaurant enough. It truly stands out as the epitome of authentic Italian cuisine in Malaga. Whether you're a local looking for a taste of Italy or a tourist seeking a memorable dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. Prepare to be taken on a culinary journey that will leave you...

Terrible experience – won’t recommend.

Booked a table for 7 on Saturday, 16th August 2025 at 10pm, we live next door, plus have a place in Benalmádena, eaten at both places before, expected better.

Instead, it was problem after problem:

Ordered another drink, got just the bottle, no glass, no ice. When I asked for a glass, I was given a dirty one. Asked again, more attitude.

Asked for a dessert menu after dinner, told the kitchen was closed. No warning, no apology, just attitude. “The kitchen is closed” like we should have known that?

Why would you not want to serve coffee and dessert to 7 people?

Asked for 5 minutes before the bill, another waitress came back immediately with the card machine. Told her again we needed time. More rudeness.

When leaving, I said goodbye, totally ignored completely, while staff said goodbye to others.

Later when I was walking past with the dogs, we saw staff getting ready in the closed restaurant, to go out to the feria. So that explained the rush and awful attitude.

Rude service, £250 bill – all so they could leave early.

We won’t be back, and can’t recommend, as it was one of the worst service we’ve had in Malaga. Attitude...
