You might say I write all 5 star reviews... Well I am moved to write reviews by places I've an an exceptional experience at. And I research the heck out of where ever I am going so I rarely hit on a downer of a place. That said, Il Museo is a place not to be missed if you're in the neighborhood ( or not, it's worth a side trip ). I was fortunate to be staying right next door. and was over multiple times during our stay, both to eat in and take-a-way. The pizza is very good. simply the best flavor and freshness we had in Malaga. Don't sleep on the sandwiches which are truly fantastic! I was fortunate enough to watch the care that goes into each preparation while waiting for a to go order, I was blown away this is not fast food, or fast casual, these are artisans who seem to truly care about each dish that leaves the kitchen. The people at all levels were so good, and very kind to us fumbling our way through the Spanish language tourists! If I am fortunate enough to get back to Malaga I'll see you all at Il...

Although the service, was quick and effective, the waiters seemed extremely grumpy and unhappy. Not a good combination when the outside ambience is already noisy and dirty. (Just next to the most busy road in Málaga.)
Given the authenticity of the pizza, it's surprising that they were too scarcely populated. Nduja was just a few fingernails, they could not provide any hot (spicy) oil. Just an old yellow liquid in a tiny bottle that looked like a urine sample. Maybe it was?
This place has potential, at least if the staff would smile and the owner not trying to save money but cutting down on toppings.
Still worthy a visit.
