Syra Coffee — Restaurant in Málaga

I’ve been a customer and fan of Syra Coffee's since it was just a small coffee joint in Gràcia, Barcelona.

Now that I live in Malaga, I was really happy to find out a few months ago they were opening one here. I even walked past often with my partner while it was under construction to get an idea of when it might open.

Now that it’s open we’ve gone 4-5 times and the quality isn’t what I was used to when living in Bcn.

A couple of the barristas seemed rushed and got my partner’s order wrong (forgetting to use oat milk) on more than one occasion. When they realized they got it wrong, they then rushed the replacement without even trying to do latter art. My flat white was also too milky and not strong enough.

Might seem like I’m nitpicking, but this was my favorite coffee place in Bcn, and so far the one in Malaga doesn’t live up to...

This place is an absolute gem in Málaga! The coffee here is simply incredible – rich, full-bodied, and bursting with flavor. It has this wonderfully smooth taste with notes of chocolate and nuts, truly unforgettable and honestly hard to describe in words. Every sip is just perfect.

Not only does it taste amazing, but it also looks beautiful – the barista art makes every cup a small masterpiece.

On top of that, the store itself is beautifully designed and feels so welcoming. The atmosphere makes you want to stay longer, and the people working here are some of the friendliest and kindest you’ll ever meet.
