This would be a 4-star review if it wasn't for the person in charge of the restaurant that night

I made a reservation for 8pm and right as I seat he said that we were only allowed to be there for 90 minutes. I understand in these COVID times and being a Friday night that those are the rules, the problem was the tone and the dismissive way he made me and my friends feel. And I also understand (as it happens in most restaurants here) that is guideline, you can be a few minutes less or more and that's ok.

Dinner goes well, food is very good, legit, a good 4 stars there. Sizes are OK, prices are OK, overall a good 4 stars.

At 9:19pm I tell my friends we should order dessert and the check as we have about 10 minutes before we need to leave the table. We order it and the same guy looks at us like "why are you ordering dessert?" and tells that we only have 10 minutes left. That was pretty rude already.

We eat the dessert quickly and pay the check while we were eating it. As we finished I go to the bathroom and 4-5 minutes later when I went back to the table my friends were not there.

They were kicked out of the table because "the other party had arrived". I thought that was extremely rude.

This guy was very rude and ruined our experience at the restaurant. We sure will be taking our money to some other place next time we go for...

We had a reservation for 7 people at 7 pm at this restaurant. We specified that we were going to have dinner but first we were going to drink . Obviously we were not going to have dinner at 7 so we drank a few jugs of beers/ sangria until 9(when we were going to have dinner). At 9 just before ordering we received the bill without asking for it. We went to the counter to say that we were just going to order and we were told that we could not do it and we had to leave because we had not consumed enough. This restaurant was half empty and we were going to have dinner as we had specified. We were kicked out with the implications that this has in Madrid on a Saturday night (it was very difficult to find a restaurant to have dinner for a big group). Fue nuestra primera vez en este restaurante venezolano, ya hemos ido a otros y queríamos comparar. Fuimos a comer con el equipo de la empresa, 6 personas. Llegamos unos minutos antes, el sitio estaba vacio, era pronto para comer. Me dio la sensación de que el camarero no nos esperaba antes y le cortamos sus planes porque no nos recibió amablemente (aclaro que es solo una percepción) La decoración no esta mal, sin embargo en las fotos se ve mejor de lo que es. Las sillas no son comodas, el salon de abajo no es grande. El camarero estaba solo atendiendo todo el salon, demoro en preguntarnos si queriamos algo de beber. La comida salia por tandas. Pedimos los entrantes, por cierto muy muy abundantes, de buen sabor. Algunos platos mejor logrados que otros. Durante la comida llego un proveedor y este mismo chico se exaspero, fue quejandose hasta la puerta, demostrando su molestia. Seguramente no tenia un buen dia, pero no es algo que te haga sentir comodo. Luego cuando se lleno el salon el chico estaba de aqui para allá. Pedimos:

Apartapalos (muy abundante - destaco los tostones y tequeños riquisimos, las empanadas estaban bien, las arepas no nos gustaron, las cachapitas con queso normalitas) Tequeños (deliciosos) Ensalada de aguacate y palmitos (original y abundante) Chalupa (sabrosa) Pabellon criollo (el arroz estaba un poco seco)

De bebidas, papelon (que rico estaba!!), cerveza Polar (una novedad) y refrescos.

Los precios estan muy bien, la relación entre la cantidad y el precio esta en equilibrio.

Recomiendo el lugar, nos gusto bastante la comida, el servicio regular con cosillas para mejorar. La limpieza muy bien. Desconozco como es el servicio en otros horarios, asique...
