Bringing us authentic noodles from the Xi'an region, Biang Biang 🐻❄️Bar in the Vallehermo market is thriving due to its consistent al dente homemade 🍜noodles. The menu doesn’t offer too much to order, but just the options presented are more than enough to spice up your 🥢🇨🇳 Chinese gastro-pop experience.
Let’s start with the Biang Biang 8 delights noodles, condiments with the 🍄🟫mushroom/🦦nut sauce, 🍅tomatoes, 🧅onions, and side edamame. A more balanced and diverse version of their classic recipe. Tastes more like a Chinese poke with tofu, but with the delicious add-on of the not-so-spicy mushroom/nut sauce.
The undisputable winner, the Biang 🦆duck noodle, seasoned with black pepper 🖤, carrots 🥕, pak choi, and mushrooms 🍄. The shredded duck meat will stick to your paladar and its perfectly cooked execution will blind your tasting senses.
You can’t miss the Langya french🍟 fries, which are zig-zag in shape to carry the Siuchan topping vinegar plus the rest of the ingredients: 🧅onions, 🧄garlic, and pepper.
Refresh yourself with the Tsingtao beer 🍺 to lower down on the spice level.
Overall, what makes the noodles so special, is that they are homemade and boiled to perfection 👌🏻+ the unique sauces that will fire up your senses.

Read moreWe finally had the chance to grab a table at Biang Biang Bar Vallehermoso in the mercado, and it was absolutely worth the wait! The small, focused menu is a delight—it saves you time deciding and ensures everything is done to perfection.
The service was quick and friendly, making the experience even better. We started with two appetizers: the cherry tomato salad in plum juice and the fritas—both fresh and full of flavor. The noodles, though, are the real stars here. We tried one dish with tofu and another with beef, and both were simply delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic Chinese flavors.
This spot is always bustling, so getting on the waiting list is a must. But while you wait, it’s easy to enjoy a beer or two at another stall in the mercado. We’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend it to anyone craving great food and a...

Subconsciously I think my desire for these famous noodles stewed in my mind today. I have to say that they were delicious, as my mother would say they constituted the perfected ratio of give and resistance. Those chewy noodles went down an absolute treat, particularly after the appetite I had built at the calisthenics park. I’m really glad I demonstrated a bit of self love and decided to give into my craving because it paid dividends. The staff that work there are clear professionals and I take my hat off to anyone who cooks - true joy lies in the pan. Thank you for letting me experience...
