I had the great pleasure of chatting to Carlos today, at Madriskí Cevichería. The level of service and quality of food is second to none, and I would highly recommend paying a visit. Simply amazing service and delicious food. The streamlined menu of ceviche and other dishes were so innovative we are still talking about them several days later.
