Me encanta el Café del Ruiz, sobre todo por lo práctico que es su ubicación. Para los que estudiamos o trabajamos cerca, estar tan pegado a la Universidad es un lujo total, no hay excusa para no pasar. Lo que más me sorprende cada vez que voy es su menú. No se limitan a lo de siempre; tienen platos de otras regiones de España que realmente demuestran el esfuerzo que ponen los chefs. He probado cosas que no esperaba encontrar en un sitio tan accesible.

Y hablando de accesibilidad, sus precios son otro punto fuerte. No son para nada superiores a la media, al contrario, para la calidad que recibes, merece muchísimo la pena. Siempre sales con la sensación de haber hecho una muy buena comida sin que se te vacíe la cartera. Además, lo de poder pagar con tickets restaurante es una comodidad que agradezco mucho.

El ambiente es otro detalle que aprecio. Tiene una decoración cuidada pero a la vez muy hogareña, se nota que quieren que te sientas como en casa. Por eso veo siempre a muchas familias con niños, que son bien recibidos sin problema. Eso crea un ambiente muy agradable y ruidoso, en el buen sentido.

Un consejo: si no sabes qué pedir, échale un vistazo a su Instagram antes de ir. Su comida es tan popular que casi siempre hay gente, así que reservar es casi obligatorio si no quieres quedarte esperando. Y no te vayas sin probar su tarta, es el broche de oro perfecto.
