Milwaukee burger: The original | Hamburguesas Madrid — Restaurant in Madrid

🍽 Visita a @millwaukee_burger, en el corazón de Malasaña (Madrid), Smash “butter” burgers sin lechuga ni tomate, solamente burger, hechas con mantequilla de Wisconsin (la carne) con su famosa salsa Milwaukee.- De los locales visitados hasta ahora de hamburguesas puedo decir que son los más “americanos” de todos x su carta.

👍Tiene carta BRUNCH al puro estilo americano, pancakes salados y pancakes dulces, sandwich de huevo revueltos con bacon, salsa Milwaukee, tortitas de patata con ensalada de col y CAFÉ AMERICANO !!!!!! y cuando digo “americano” es al puro estilo americano !!!!

👉 Local no demasiado amplio, te sientas siempre a lo largo de la barra donde podrás ver cómo las cocinan y preparan, capacidad para unas 24 personas en total. 👉 dispone de Carta de cocktails 👉 Dispone de servicio a domicilio por @glovo_es.

👉 Una buena carta de cervezas de todo tipo, La Segre en multiples variantes, Local de Madrí, Blue moon(Belga), Staropramen, Coors (americana), etc…😝

👉 No admiten reservas pero te pueden llamar cuando tus asientos estén listos para evitar la espera en la puerta.

👍Las burgers !!!! No llevan ni Lechuga ni tomate !!!!

➡️ BATIDOS, Para compartir o no... pero siempre se toma con patatas como en Milwaukee, de caramelo salado esta vez, lo tenia que probar, he mojado patatas, nueva experiencia sin más….

➡️ Milwaukee burger, Doble Smash burger, idem a la anterior + Bacon pero “doble”. Increíble la contundencia de la carne, súper crujiente, súper sabrosa y super mega rica, cuando masticas la carne “cruje” ya no es solamente el aspecto de costra, es que la percibes en cada dentellada …. Para mi es una burger 🔝 subida al podium de los Dioses de la smash burger. Ojo que es una burger esta que te saciará completamente.

➡️ Sandwich de pollo crujiente y Sandwich de pollo crujiente picante, pechuga de pollo macerada en suero de mantequilla, pepinillo, ensalada de col y salsa picante, al igual que las de ternera, una generosa porción de pollo muy suave de textura y un buen sabor, sin duda de las mejores de pollo que puedes comer. Como podéis ver en la foto es formato “burger” aunque lo llamen en carta sándwich.

👎 Como detalle negativo que el local es alargado y hay que comer en barra sentado en taburete no hay mesas bajas.

📌🍴Calificación Millwaukee burger como 🔝 y subida al primer peldaño del PODIUM de las doble SMASH BURGERS junto con : 1ª lugar para @millwaukee_burger, @fasfu.burgers y @burger_jazz con un empate técnico.

I give them 2 stars for the burger although the sauce does have a strong flavor and might not be the most appealing. For the service I would put 0 stars but minimum is 1, if you’re paying for a good burger/experience well it would be great if the pickles added on top arrive on top, instead of having the waiter push it towards you and then say oops and walks away. For the atmosphere I add 1 star since the staff in the kitchen can be heard more than the music, even one of them said lower your voices but well that didn’t change much. If it’s too hard/tedious/costly to actually put the tray in front of the client, I’d recommend having a pick up point where they say the order number and the customer gets it, at least that’ll give a...

The restaurant was super casual , had good music and the service was 10 out of 10. All the waiters were very kind and attentive to my allergy. i ordered the gluten free bun smash burger with fries , the burger was totally amazing, the cheese was super good , the patty was on perfect doneness, i ordered medium rare. The fries were very crunchy and my chocolate milkshake was perfect too.

as an gluten free eater i totally recommend this place since they were very alert of my allergy , the waitress mario was an amazing person , the prices were from 20-30 euros per person, i totally recommend the smash burger and for the celiac disease people the gluten free bun was a total hit, believe me i'd give it 5 form 5 stars to...
