Caracola is not only a cool name, it refers to a sweet spot in Madrid an it is also one of the coolest Basque CheeseCake creators in the city…. And why? Because the twist with their flavors will make you swirl just by watching the creamy filling of the cake flooding the plate and mesmerizing you with its twisted looks. I have tried before their classic and white chocolate flavor, so this time we were more audacious and went up for then goat cheese 🐐🧀version with 🍊orange confit decor. The taste, a well balanced sweet and sour thanks to the goat cheese twist…We also were drought to one of their white chocolate chung cookies that was supposed to melt when cracked but it wasn’t the case, but anyways it is still a delicious warm treat to pair with any cold latte ☕️… the volcano 🌋effect was compensated by having the Lotus 🥠cookie crust cheesecake, this one really delivered and played the dramatic flow when sliced through…🥧special effects willblow 🤯your senses when seeing it cracking 💥and the lotus topping will blend thanks to this pivot. Our experience was even better because we had the priviliged to be served by the owner herself, Esther, the charismatic Laura and a friendly Venezuelan 🇻🇪, who made us feel in our living room thanks to the comfy set up of the Antón...

I mean, it wasn't bad bad, but to be honest, i dont have the need to come back. When we went, even though the queue wasn't that long, we were waiting so much, i couldn't understand it. The staff was super nice tho. The cakes.... that is where i find the "problem" (for my taste and in my opinion).... i know people want variety and stuff, but... who doesn't have a clasic cheesecake if u are a cheesecake place? I know they have it sometimes, as they do with every other one, cause the list of cakes is long i guess. The flavors we had to choose cause they didn't have the ones that we wanted were white choco and bailyes (they only had, at that time, those two and pistachio). What to say.... im so sorry to say this, but i didn't like them. Overpowering flavors, cheese flavor nowhere to be found, texture off... I really wanna give them a second chance trying other flavors cause they have a lot of good reviews too,...
