This was our best restaurant experience in Madrid. Great atmosphere, good food, good service. The Sea Bass was phenomenal, both in presentation and taste. Highly recommend that dish. Tacos were meh, but I live in Chicago and we have our share of taquerias, so high bar to meet. Girlfriend thought the taco meat was a bit tough. I thought it was normal for that type of meat and cooking style, but didn't find them that flavorful. Like they just needed a LITTLE something more to make them pop (maybe further marinade the meat to add flavor and soften it). Size of Tacos was good though and they looked nice. They weren't bad by any means, we're just spoiled by what we have back home I think. Would've enjoyed more guacamole with it, but I can never have enough guac, stuff is too delicious.

Read moreHighly recommended if you want authentic, laid back vibes and wonderful Latin American fusion cuisine.
The food is outstanding in richness of flavors, exciting and delicious. The drink Menu is equally impressive.
The interior is rustic, comfortable and good spirited. Cool and dark, chill ambience with many Latin American references, let it be fancy old pictures or other original interior items and accessories. It’s not necessarily chic or sleek, but with an authentic cool vibe that is very pleasing. Surely a dream for people who love places with this certain character.
A highlight is the logo of the jaguar that you can color yourself on the table. On the walls, you find an impressive number of wonderful interpretations, colorings and drawings of the jaguar logo sheets.
This place has character, vibe and most importantly wonderful food, the service is good and all is reasonably priced, considering the great flavors and high quality the...
Read moreThe menú del día here is an amazing deal! For 12 or 13€ they bring seasoned bread, a first course (I had the mushrooms topped with an egg), a second course (I had their amazing eggplant stuffed with ragu, which came with a passionfruit dressing salad), and a dessert (I had their darkbchocolate mousse, which was drizzled in passionfruit syrup, and my boyfriend has the tres leches, both increduble). And of course, a drink is included in the price. It's not just a good deal for lunch but the atmosphere is trendy and the staff is kind and will answer all your questions. Highly recommend if you want something hearty with a South American...
