Una experiencia horrible fuimos a la hora del menú con mi hijo y la niña muy encantadora q está repartiendo publicidad nos llevó y dijo q si había menú; entramos y un camarero le pregunte y dijo q si había menú muy amable al principio luego se acerco el otro camarero muy mal genio dijo q no había le dije q el otro chico dijo q si se pusieron hablar y desde allí empezo todo el q fue muy amable al principio cambio de genio se molestaron y al final no nos dieron opción solo un primero y un segundo aún así lo cogimos aparte del menú pedimos un 3 cosas más cómo patacones de carta, empanadas y un zumo. En medio de la comida se sentaron otras dos personas en la mesa de alado y sin ninguna pega le ofrecieron los dos primeros y dos segundos el cuál para nosotros no había opción todo el rato pasaron de nosotros y la verdad nos sentimos incómodos yo trabajo de lo mismo y jamás se me ocurriría negarle algún plato a una mesa y a la mesa de alado decirle que si hay, se me caeria la cara de vergüenza y para mi es una falta de respeto; No nos ofrecieron la bebida que entraba en el menú tuve que preguntar yo; al igual una vez terminado de comer si no pregunto yo no nos ofrecen nada de postre. Pedimos la cuenta ni siquiera un gracias ni nada cómo si no existieramos. La comida era un ceviche de pollo q de pollo no había nada solo agua y tomate y hiervas el segundo estaba muy rico era pescado y arroz en eso casi prácticamente 40 euros tampoco era tan barato pero la atención es una pena no la recomiendo y le doy una estrella por q lo obligan si no ni eso y mira q voy a muchos restaurantes colombianos y son muy amables pero este es la excepción. I found this restaurant after walking a few blocks away from Gran Via. It was an unexpected find but I found the food and the service to be outstanding. Initially I had some trouble communicating because my Spanish isn't very good but the waiter had good enough English that we were able to make it work. I had the coconut fish with shrimp.
