Very poor treatment and abuse toward customers

I want to share what happened to me at this place so more people know and avoid such an unpleasant experience.

After years of visiting this place, the treatment we received was appalling. Starting with the person at the register, who couldn't answer any questions about the menu. We asked if a menu item was a campero (small sandwich), a hamburger, or a sandwich, and her only response was: "whatever the menu says." Nothing more. No help and no desire to work.

Even so, we ordered food, ate inside, and spent about €30 between three people. Then two more friends arrived (five in total), and we decided to sit on the terrace, as there were many empty tables.

We were informed that there was a €7 minimum spend on the terrace, which we accepted without a problem. We placed more orders, exceeding the stated amount, and everything was fine.

But suddenly, the security guard approached us in a very aggressive and arrogant manner, saying that the €7 minimum had to be for food, not drinks, something no one had told us before. We explained that we had already ordered and that we had also consumed quite a bit inside (both food and drinks). Even so, he began shouting and threatening us, as if we were doing something wrong.

He told us that if we didn't consume what he said, he would throw us out by force if necessary. Totally out of place. I felt humiliated and intimidated. It's incredible that in a place like this, where you go to eat peacefully, they treat you like this.

This type of behavior is not only abusive, but it violates consumer rights. They can't force you to consume something you don't want, nor can they change the rules to suit them. The conditions must be clear and visible, and explained before you consume, not afterward and with threats.

For all these reasons, I do not recommend anyone coming to this establishment. Terrible service, rudeness, and abuse. There are plenty of places to eat well, with better service and respect for customers. Here, they clearly don't value it, and on top of that, they take...

⭐ 1 estrella – Trato inaceptable, abuso al consumidor y posible ilegalidad en el servicio

Después de más de 5 años acudiendo a este establecimiento de forma habitual, lo ocurrido en mi última visita ha sido absolutamente lamentable y, desde mi punto de vista, raya en la ilegalidad. Falta total de profesionalidad del personal: Desde el primer momento, la atención recibida fue deficiente. La persona encargada de caja fue incapaz de resolver dudas básicas sobre el contenido y disponibilidad de productos en la carta. Su única respuesta ante cualquier consulta fue: “lo que ponga la carta”, sin mostrar el más mínimo interés en ofrecer una atención al cliente adecuada. Preguntas sencillas como si un número en carta corresponde a un campero, una hamburguesa o un montadito fueron ignoradas completamente. Inaceptable para un establecimiento de hostelería.

Inconsistencia y abuso en la política de consumo mínimo: Tras consumir en el interior del local (3 personas, más de 30€ en comida y bebida), decidimos salir a la terraza cuando se unieron dos amigos más (5 personas en total, no 6 como se asumió inicialmente). Al sentarnos fuera, se nos informó de que existía un consumo mínimo de 7€, algo que aceptamos sin objeción. Inmediatamente realizamos un nuevo pedido que cumplía esa condición.

Sin embargo, minutos después, un miembro del personal de seguridad se acercó con una actitud absolutamente desproporcionada y agresiva, señalando que el mínimo de 7€ debía ser en comida exclusivamente, no en bebidas. Esta supuesta norma no se encuentra visible en ningún cartel ni fue comunicada previamente al realizar el pedido, lo que constituye una clara falta de transparencia y puede ser considerada una práctica abusiva hacia el consumidor.

Comenzamos a recibir amenazas, intimidación y trato vejatorio por parte del personal de seguridad: El comportamiento del vigilante fue totalmente fuera de lugar. Lejos de intentar dialogar o aclarar la situación, optó por una actitud intimidatoria, amenazando con expulsarnos por la fuerza si no consumíamos lo que él consideraba adecuado. Una conducta impropia y contraria a cualquier protocolo de atención al público, y que en ningún caso debería tolerarse.

Todos nuestros derechos como consumidor fueron vulnerados: Os recuerdo que, según la legislación vigente en materia de consumo en España, cualquier condición especial (como consumo mínimo o restricciones en productos) debe estar claramente informada al cliente antes de la transacción. Además, no se puede condicionar la permanencia en un local público a decisiones arbitrarias del personal, mucho menos mediante amenazas o coacción.

Como consumidor y cliente solicito a la dirección del establecimiento que revise de forma urgente los siguientes aspectos con su personal en este establecimiento :

• La formación del personal en atención al cliente. • La claridad y legalidad de las condiciones de consumo. • El comportamiento del personal de seguridad, que en este caso actuó más como un “matón de discoteca” que como un profesional.

Como consumidor, me reservo el derecho a presentar una reclamación formal ante las autoridades de consumo ( que ahora mismo realizaré ) , ya que la experiencia vivida no solo ha sido ofensiva y humillante, sino que puede constituir una vulneración clara de mis derechos.

No volveré a este establecimiento, ni lo recomendaré mientras esta situación...
