CoCo Bubble Tea (Fuencarral) — Restaurant in Madrid

I always buy milk tea at this store but today was the first time that I encountered the cashier on duty between 7-8pm. Hemos tenido problemillo con la tarjeta del coco pero lo deje pasar. When everything was settled, I gave her the cash and then she proceeded with the details of my order. After a while she was asking for my payment so I pointed out that I already gave her. She was insisting that I haven't paid yet and gave her nothing. After a while, she found the money near the cash register. Didn't say anything at all after stressing me out about the payment. The management should look into the poor service skill of this employee. I would understand if there were so many customers but I was the only one, then entered like 4 more clients. I'm giving two stars in consideration of the male employee who prepared the milk teas. I'd rather go somewhere than encounter this kind of experience...

A few weeks ago I went with a friend one weekend, I don't remember what day and there were a couple of people waiting, not to say full and only one girl was serving while another brunette girl could be seen in the kitchen putting on makeup and it was probably her break time, although you shouldn't work with makeup on in this type of jobs, okay I'll let it go. After a few days I went back and a brunette girl with glasses served me who was very rude by her tone of voice, okay I'll let it go again and the next day I think, I came back and a Japanese or Chinese girl served me who treated me a little badly, as if she wanted me to leave the place quickly and to my surprise she was all made up too, I don't understand how a brand as famous as this can have such rude and unprofessional employees all working made up as if they were models... the drinks were all good, but the employees...

This is one of the branches of a Taiwanese bubble tea chain in Madrid, featuring a simple and cozy interior with only a few high chairs for seating. The staff are friendly and quick to serve.

I ordered a large 3Guys and a medium Mango Yakult. The taste was similar to what you'd find in Asia, though the Mango Yakult was a bit too light. With the discount, I paid about 10 EUR in total.
