We got the tuna trio and the tuna burritos, this was the perfect amount for a not too heavy lunch (although we had a couple of tapa with our pre dinner drinks first, if you hadn't done that maybe get 1 or 2 more things). It was also good to try the tuna served different ways so felt like we had good variety. I love tuna, which is why we came, and the food was honestly amazing. I love seafood of all kinds but still was surprised at how the tuna of this quality tastes. It's hard to get this kind of thing in the UK so was a great experience to try it here. The staff were friendly and seemed passionate about the tuna and were speaking to us about where it was from and the research we'd done beforehand. The decor is now soft and welcoming and gives the impression that the evening ahead is something to look forward to. The second surprise is the "Irish bread." Being an Irish woman who makes soda bread regularly, it wasn't a bad attempt. A little more salt and a little less sugar would be good. They serve cooked, raw, cured every type of tuna and different cuts from each section of the fish. I tried grilled tuna on some type of potato salad and tuna tartare. Grilled tuna was cooked properly and the salad was very well seasoned and mix. The tuna could have been a bit juicier but might be because of the cut that I ordered.
