Great food, great vibes, great staff. The bar is situated in the heart of La Latina, but away from May tourist. Very traditional! Andrian looked after myself & my friend who were in Madrid for 4 days! Great selections of wine, served with a smile! Don’t think twice and go and enjoy! Experiencia muy desagradable en este lugar. Lo primero de todo me gustaría mencionar que el trato hacia el cliente es pésimo. Tanto por teléfono (Debido a que si tienes suerte y te lo cogen, lo que es poco probable, no te aportarán la suficiente información, ya sea en dudas relacionadas con las consumiciones, reservas y demás) como en persona, haciéndote esperar en la calle a pesar de tener reserva, con un trato pedante por su parte. Además, he visto como han llegado a gritar a clientes que les estaban hablando con total tranquilidad y parsimonia desde el respeto. Lo segundo es que no respetan las medidas de seguridad, permitiendo aglomeraciones innecesarias por su egoísmo hasta el punto de que son los propios clientes los que deben denunciar la situación. Por último, he visto como han negado una consumición y la carta de reclamaciones a un cliente, lo que es un delito.
