This place was recommended to me by an Argentinian waitress I'd met in a cafe when I asked her for the best empanadas in Madrid. I was not disappointed 😍 I later took some other Argentinian friends and they confirmed how delicious the food was, just like in Argentina. I'm now a regular there and tried pretty much all the vegetarian options, aaaallll super delicious! My favorites are Faina el Trebol and Empanada Caprese, strongly recommend both.

I am very surprised to see some comments as if it's a tourist ripoff etc, I couldn't disagree more. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful with us, and as you see I'm not a local either. Sometimes the prices are different on the terrace in Madrid and that might be the explanation for the higher pricing, or people who comment as such were simply sitting at the tables of the bar nextdoors, not this restaurant, and thought all tables belonged to the same place.
