Well, I have to say that I was a bit sceptical about the look and feel when I walked in this little family business, but then again in Usera you never know until you try. We started with the spicy grilled octopus classically flavoured with cumin and we had to ordered more since they were fresh and yummy. The dumplings "a la plancha" were to die for and the lamb noodle soup was huge and simply amazing. We also ordered giant chicken wings on a stick and to my surprise, the seaweed was totally different from what I have tried so far, it looked like a sort of beefy picked veggy ( hay zao).. very tasty. It’s a small family run Chinese noodle restaurant. The menu has many dishes. Tried beef ramen, seafood rice noodle, and cucumbers. The noodles are so-so. They should be more elastic. The ramen is not Japanese ramen. Rather, it is hand-pulled noodle. The ramen had not been pulled/kneaded long enough to generate a chewy elastic texture. The rice noodle was average. Este pequeño restaurante esta situado en Usera, Madrid. Nos sorprendió la cantidad de negocios chinos de la zona y por las valoraciones, nos decantamos por este.
El sitio es pequeño, sin demasiadas pretensiones a la hora de decorar, como otros negocios de alrededor. Mobiliario barato, incluso no tienen servilletas si no es son cajas de kleenex encima de la mesa... ¡Toda una experiencia!
El menú es extenso y hay para todos los gustos. La comida estaba muy rica y gustosa con buenas cantidades. No nos quedamos con hambre.
Lo único negativo es que la camarera apenas hablar español por lo que nos malentendió y pidió a cocina un plato que no era. Tras una bronca en cocina (que no entendimos pero si oímos) me trajo el plato que si había pedido. ¡Se agradece que lo cambiaran sin poner problemas!
