Never thought I would have amazing veggies under a Volvo dealer in Madrid, but here we are!

The whole vibes feels a bit American, very specifically decorated, order at the counter, add extra protein to your salad and have it come with a fancy cold press or kombucha.

I went for the avo solid with extra spicy salmon, which was not super spicy but hit the spot. I will say I should have ordered the double salad portion because mine left me a wee bit hungry. We did not have time for desserts which looked lovely and might have dealt with hangriness after the salad.

Looks like the place has just opened (or reopened?)—the team still seems to be finding their footing. A part of the space wasn’t ready yet when I arrived, though the interior is earthy and appealing.

I ordered the Mediterranean eggs Benedict—pleasant, but I’d probably try something else next time. As the only customer at the time, I expected faster service, but the dish still took around 20 minutes. (Maybe that is normal timing for 4/5 staff in the kitchen?)

Still, there’s potential here. With a bit more time and practice, it could come together nicely. Worth a visit, but room for improvement...

I was there yesterday for dinner with a couple friends. We all had the vegan salad and were super satisfied with it! Nice to see such tasty plant-based options! We also really enjoyed the place, design wise it's really beautiful and relaxing. Finally, we were hosted by Mafe, a very nice and smiley waitress who showed us the way, gave us vegan recommendations, and guided us through the different juice options in a super professional and kind way.
