We ordered 2 frappes, cafe arabica, because we were told that was the only flavor available, after which we waited 15 mins before we got the alarm to collect our drinks, I could've understood that it's a particularly busy day today until the man from the counter who had prepared the drinks told me there was only enough whipped cream left for 1 drink, which is something a customer couldn't ignore because in the first place you have paid for something or some service you expect to receive and in the end if you are given less, I think it's not just right. I hope you can improve the service and don't accept an order you can't comply on. If it's a frappe, it's understood that it should have a whipped cream. It's like ordering milk tea without milk or café con hielo...

I absolutely love this bakery and the folks who work here! I can’t get enough of it, seriously. It’s become a regular hangout spot for me. I find myself visiting almost every single day, just to enjoy their delightful treats and the friendly atmosphere. The staff here are amazing, always greeting me with a warm smile and making me feel right at home. The bakery has this cozy vibe that instantly puts me in a relaxed state of mind. I often find myself sitting there for hours, sipping on a cup of their rich, aromatic coffee while immersing myself in a good book or chatting with friends. As soon as we get to the cashier, we we’re greeted with buenos dias. The girl at the cashier is very accommodating and even offered us to upgrade our drinks to grande. Of course we upgraded! It was a good deal for only 0.5 euros. They have a breakfast combo starting 2.95 euros, you get to choose savory and sweet options for breakfast. Just be reminded that the breakfast combo is only until 12 noon. Moreover, the ambiance of the store is very welcoming. There’s even a lot of outlets to charge your laptops and phones.
