The decor is nice. But that’s probably it. After the change from the previous location in Malasaña, seems that everything else didn’t go well. Service - disaster, running back and forward, not knowing who to attend, serving dishes without paying attention to what was ordered (nachos with meat on the side, rather than mixed with all; burrito with pork rather than chicken). The quality of food - similarly disastrous. If you claim this is a Mexican restaurant, anyone who later goes to Mexico and eats the ACTUAL food there, will be incredibly disappointed. Tacos al pastor - a mushy stew of ‘flavoured’ chicken, on a thin tortilla, with so much grease that it’s impossible to lift and eat. No lime served with taco al pastor, and when asked, received a surprising answer that they don’t do limes. Eventually we managed to get a slice of lemon. Asked about the different types of Mexican (sic!) beers they have, was told they only have Sol. To our surprise later, saw other tables being served Corona. Ordered pork burrito, we received it with chicken instead. After so many failures, did not mention to the staff anymore. Nevertheless, the flavour was disappointing. The amount of juicy guacamole inside was disappointing. The added spiciness was disappointing. Seems like all this to hide the bad flavour. I will not recommend this place to anyone. In short, disappointing....

Quiero agregar nuestra experiencia porque espero que llegue al jefe del establecimiento. Es un local que podria ser increíble pero con ese personal se lo van a hundir. Grupo de 11 personas reservado y confirmado con mucho tiempo.

1 Exigencia de tarjeta en la reserva con penalizaciones de 100€, cuando ves algo así que no lo dice ningún local te esperas que luego el servicio sea excelente. Pues no lo fue, el peor que he tenido en todos mis años de vivir en Madrid.

2 Cuando llegamos al local a nuestra hora no tenían lista nuestra mesa, nos hicieron esperar un poco en la puerta aunque medio grupo no cabía y estaba en la calle. Evidentemente yo pensé que estaban preparándolo, pues no. Cuando llegamos a la zona que nos dijo la camarera, las mesas no estaban preparadas y tuvimos que medio colocarlas con ella.

3 No nos ponen platos y cubiertos a 3 de nosotros ni en el principio ni en toda la noche, al final me levante a buscar unos.

4 Lo mismo con las bebidas despues de que un camarero nos tomo nota patosamente haciendo que se lo repitiéramos mil veces (aunque supuestamente lo anotaba) no nos trajeron la mitad de las bebidas y tuve que levantarme a por ellas yo misma.

5 El agua de restaurante que vale 2,50 nos pusieron el agua más económica de marca blanca del Auchan, no me había pasado tampoco en ningún bar pagando botella.

6 Sirven bebida y comida solo a la mitad de la mesa y la otra nada. Acabaron esas personas y el resto de nosotros seguíamos sin comida. Luego llego mucho mas tarde otra tanda y se habían dejado 2 platos a pesar de esperarles varias horas.

7 Traen la comida confundida 3 veces, no sabiendo ni que les hemos pedido.

8 Traen la comida fría, el queso en vez de estar fundido era un bloque solido.

9 Tuvimos que corregir el ticket al final porque nos pusieron un plato de más.

10 El camarero no sabe lo que trae ni aunque le preguntemos.

11 Pregunto al camarero por el picante de la comida porque cuando voy a restaurante mexicano me gusta probarlo. Me dice que un plato si tiene picante, cuando me lo como no pica absolutamente nada.

12 Datáfono roto, obligándonos a todos los presentes a pagar con bizum.

13 Los camareros fueron diferentes durante toda la noche y todos con muy mal servicio. No es que se confundiera alguno nuevo pero luego viniera el encargado a solucionar. Para nada, todos se equivocaban y no vino nadie a solventar todos los problemas.

Al final 2 chicas del grupo les dijeron que cancelaran sus platos ya que no les habían traido en toda la noche y ya llevábamos demasiado tiempo de espera y todos habían terminado.

Espero que si el jefe quiere que su local no se vaya a la mierda tome en consideración todo esto, nosotros evidentemente no...
