Wow I’ve never been publicly yelled at and shamed like that before in a shop. We’re not Spanish speakers and my husband went with clothes into what he thought was a changing room. The person in the shop lost her mind and yelled at him with so much violence… It wasn’t a big deal to make this mistake and this wasn’t warranted at all. We had no ill intention and she could clearly see we were tourists. Will never set...

Hoy he tenido una muy mala experiencia en la tienda. Soy vecino de la zona y esta mañana vi un jersey blanco en el escaparate. Al volver por la tarde, vi que el jersey ya no estaba en el escaparate, sino dentro, colgado en un mueble tras la caja. El dependiente dijo que estaba ahí porque tenía una mancha, de lo cual deduje que por el momento no estaba a la venta. A los pocos segundos entró una señora, se quedó mirando el jersey y el vendedor le dijo que tenía una mancha pero se lo dejaba a un precio menor del marcado por ese motivo. La señora terminó llevándose el jersey delante de mis narices, por una mala praxis del dependiente.

Para colmo, al reseñarlo aquí, lejos de recibir nada parecido a una disculpa, veo una respuesta llena de sarcasmo y alusiones personales. No se trataba de interpretar mis gestos, sino de escuchar lo que decía con claridad un cliente. En fin, varias faltas de profesionalidad seguidas que hacen que no quiera entrar...
