Makitake — Restaurant in Madrid

Average sushi with a poor delivery. Made and PAID the order online, received a confirmation email with an approximate time of delivery in half an hour. After 45 minutes nothing has come so I give them a call. There has been "a problem with the system", they hadn't seen my order. They apologise and say the order will be prepared straight away and sent with a free dessert for the inconvenience. I live 5 minutes away so I thought it will come quickly... my bad! Solid spanish interpretation of what japanese food is. The gyoza were excellent, the noodles and rice were pretty good although I don’t understand why they add so much mayonnaise. The salmon avocado roll also tasted fresh. They serve ice cold kirin ichiban which i prefer over local industrial beer. Pedido programado en Uber Eats con entrega entre las 21.00h y las 21.30h. A las 21.40h el pedido no ha llegado y me extraña porque Uber Eats es siempre puntual. Llamo al restaurante y me dicen que el pedido ha llegado en hora pero yo no estaba en casa, añaden que han estado llamando tanto al telefonillo como a mi móvil y no he contestado. Por supuesto yo no tengo ninguna llamada en el teléfono. Van a llamar al repartidor para que lo vuelva a traer. Le pido que me dé el número del repartidor para llamar yo misma por si se ha equivocado "en la primera entrega" de portal o piso. Me dan el número y el teléfono está apagado pero desde el restaurante han podido contactar con él 😂. En menos de 10 min el repartidor llega a casa (sobre las 22.05h) me dice que ha estado llamando en hora pero no estaba. Pregunto a qué hora ha venido. Me dice que a las 20.20h. Mi pedido no estaba programado para esa hora y a las 20.20h ni siquiera habían aceptado mi pedido programado porque se puede hacer seguimiento desde la app de Uber Eats. El problema de Makitake es que tienen a sus propios repartidores, sinceramente creo que les iría mejor el reparto con los Riders de Uber Eats.
