Probably the worst dining experience I've had in Madrid in my 7 years here - do not go here.

When I arrive and I went to sit in my seat, I stepped on a piece of potato or pasta and it was stuck to my shoe, so removing that was no fun. The placemats were slight broken and the chairs were coming apart. They need to do a little upkeep. It was way too dark where we were sitting, we needed our flashlights to read the menu.

I didn't know what to order so I looked around the room and saw pizzas on other people's tables and the pizzas looked mediocre...I gave it a shot because I usually don't order pasta at restaurants and honestly - I've had pizza from Aldi that was WAY better.

The crust was undercooked and it had no flavour and it looked like something you'd feed to a child that doesn't know the difference.

My friends ordered their various pastas and all of them said it was mediocre at best. There was a huge lack of flavour and no salt...that's the bare minimum. Another didn't have enough sauce and another said her dish arrived cold.

We all ate our food because it was late and we were starving.

The waiter was also extremely rude from the start and I think he had a rough night - probably because the kitchen kept sending out horrible food, and the waiter was the first to face the fire...although he was just rude before he got our food.

I can't imagine this place...

Tiene muchísimos🤯 restaurantes repartidos por toda España. Estuvimos en este de Castellana cercano a las cinco torres🏙️ y probamos: Pizza tartufata🍕 Finita. Con un gran aroma a aceite de trufa blanca🤤 Bocconcini di carbonara🥓🥚 La carbonara no es la mejor que he probado😞 a pesar de ser original👍 (con huevo🥚🥓 y no nata), pero la pasta estaba bien👌 Sí vuelvo, preferiría pedir otro plato. Raviolis de boletus🍄‍🟫 y trufa. Fue la pasta que más me gustó😃 Además más cantidades son grandes🫄, los raviolis eran grandes y había bastantes unidades 👏 (generalmente te suelen poner la mitad o menos en otros restaurantes😒). Torrija de brioche🍞 caramelizada con helado de vainilla 🍧 Esta muy bien👍, se deshace de lo empapada que está🥹 Para terminar con un dulce es perfecta.

🥤 Para beber probamos el Rosso diverso, un tinto🍷 de verano con espuma cítrica ideal🤩 para el verano

☀️ Este local tiene terraza cubierta. En verano tienen instalada el agua pulverizada que sale cada cierto tiempo y refresca mucho 👏🔝

Horrible experience. Attended with two English speaking colleagues (I’m Spanish) and the lead waiter was close to rude with them. They didn’t offer menu del día at first as they thought we were all “tourists” so we had to ask for it. It took us more than 2 hours to have lunch (30mins to take our order after drinks). It’s basically canned food but well presented. They didn’t have salmon, not enough carpaccio for 3 (they let us know 15mins after ordering) and the coffee machine wasn’t working. Definitely a bad experience that I would not...
