This was hands down the blandest food I've had in Spain. The signage in the restaurant promises a zero-additives, maximum-taste experience, but they actually seem to treat both on the same footing, resulting in truly zero-taste dishes. I don't recommend taking your kids here as you just might put them off health food for good. As if to make sure that people don't forget to leave scathing reviews, the service is also terrible - the two dishes we ordered, a cold galette and a "falafel burger" with "avocado bread", of which the less said, the better, came out almost half an hour apart. It might have taken even more time (or less?) if we hadn't reminded the staff halfway through. An eerily similar thing happened to the table besides us. There, the interval between the galette and the burger was shorter, though only slightly, but they brought out the wrong burger, so I'm sure the total wait was even longer. The staff weren't actively rude, so there's that, but they did not acknowledge our inconveniences in the least in both cases, leaving a bitter taste in our mouth (which was basically welcome at that point of the culinary journey). As a curiosity, you can also buy cookbooks by chef Bosquet, the supposed culinary mastermind behind this food hospice, but something tells me they don't sell too well at this place. I appreciate the restaurant's semi-canned response in advance, but seeing how some of the previous similar comments being "taken into account" didn't change much, there's...

Read moreThe food was overall although quite bland; however, the service was subpar. It was a hot day and we ordered food, beer and water for the table and we did not get beer till after and water was never served even after requesting twice. When the beer was finally brought (after third reminder and meal being over) it was almost slammed on the table to a point where it spilled over and the waitress walked away without a hint of apology for late service or the spill. The water was not served at all and to make it worse we were charged for the water which we caught and got corrected. Hopefully they get a bit more organized and find some wait staff that cares for their brand and...
