We had a memorable dinner at O’Pazo in May. Our dinner featured a range of seafood and shellfish fishes recommended by Renzo, the restaurant’s hands on and gracious manager. Every dish featured the most pristine seafood, perfectly and gently prepared. Our dinner was accompanied by an aromatic, mineral driven white wine from Galacia, also recommended by Enzo.
The entire service team was warm and accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and charming.
Our only regret is that our schedule did not permit us to return to O’Pazo for another dinner. The exquisite food and wonderful service - in an elegant and comfortable setting - is such that one could frequently dine at this gem of a restaurant. We note that the restaurant is fairly priced, particularly in view of the impeccable and uncompromising ingredients at the core of the restaurant’s cuisine. In contrast to the predatory wine markups at other restaurants, O’Pazo’s superb wine list is quite reasonably priced.

Read moreAfter many years of going to O’Pazo we finally decided to write an opinion. The restaurant doesn’t need the recommendation but for those travellers wondering and asking for an independent opinion - we return there for a very good fresh seafood, selection of wines and atmosphere. The eel , barnacles , ceviche, anchovies, squids , fish and many other menu entries are simply prepared in any way you want and fresh. The wine list is good and honest, you don't have extremes as you find in many other restaurants.
For those who like the old schol service, Antonio will make you more than happy. But please - out of respect to the restaurant and other guests - make sure that you also dress up. All the people work hard serving seafood and clearly have good relations with the guests. We would like to say thank you to both to those unknown cooks and to all the staff that we see every time...

Service: None (including water) until we called over the host No introduction to any dish brought to the table, servers just silently plop them down and leave as if casually feeding pidgeons Specifically requested recommendation for a fish entree with no bones (confirmed "no bones" twice), fish came with all the bones tryna assassinate my mouth
I visited quite a variety and range of restaurants in Spain, and this was by far the worst...
