The food was good! We enjoyed some of the dishes. Props to the kitchen for preparing some fun flavors with nice textures and presentations. Unfortunately the downfall of the night was when my wife and I witnessed an employee bullying another employee more than once. It was definitely not playful and it was horrendous to watch. We dismissed the interaction because we thought maybe it was an operational issue and needed to be addressed between the two employees. Not our place of work or business to interfere. Unfortunately the same person who was doing the bullying was our server and brought this short tough attitude to the table. When we asked for a recommendation between two dishes it was as if we were annoying the server. The server truly didn’t care… My wife and I have both worked in the service industry and can confidently say that this cold response was a huge mood killer. After the first encounter we were ignored all night. It was a chore to be at this restaurant which we were both excited to try. We had to grab another server after waiting a good amount of time post first round of dishes. The server we grabbed was busy with several other tables but was cool and helpful. Before we left we saw the second instance of bullying between the two employees. It was disgusting. We left right away. I hate writing this because being negative is not a way to walk through life. I can’t believe this place though. I would never go here again. I hope the person getting bullied finds a better place to work. I have never in all my time, in all the places seen such inappropriate behavior in a place of...
Read moreOne of my favourite restaurants that I´ve visited recently and highly recommend is 80º degrees, it`s located in Malasaña, one of the most popular and alternative neighbourhoods in the heart of Madrid.
The first thing that catches your attention is the decoration of the place, a smart combination between old naked walls and the big iron columns fix perfectly with the modern furniture that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The second thing that envelops your sense is the food. You can enjoy an a la carte menu with a smart combination of pinchos and tapas such as, candied lamb terrine, squid croquettes in their ink, or fingers chicken-chip, dishes with unmistakable flavour that won’t leave you indifferent. when you think that this experience can´t get better, it's time for dessert. If you are a cheesecake lover don´t leave without trying their delicious cheesecake with salted toffee. It’s worth mentioning the friendly and professional treatment of the staff that works here, and the bar service with a varied list of cocktails.
In my opinion, although it´s a little expensive, I recommend it because of the quality of their products . Something to highlight is not to forget make a reservation at least a week before, it´s impossible to find a place if you go directly to...

Know it's kind of a cop out of fast food gastronomy where you get in, get out servers don't give af but it's cool because they are making money within the niche they made.
Otherwise kind a of an IG place you'd add to your story.. interior design in mañana is kind of minimalist.
The seats that are by the window are uncomfortable if youre an average height male. Kind of like if you design a space to meet the minimums and forget comfort. *Btw I made a reservation and was put there.
I'm like 1.80 and couldn't fit.. Spanish people in general are taller. If they put you in by the window I'd ask to see if you can get moved.
Menu- Eclair was tasty but plating isn't the most appetizing.
Huevo is tasty.. nice egg shell it comes in 😂 Fake Rissoto is great 👍Squid ink croquetas stood out.
Agua de Valencia is like orange juice.
The food looks better on the web menu you order from vs what comes on the plate, leaving you disappointed. Still salty and tasty though. Not sure it's the best idea to have a Photo...
