Ottica Restaurante — Restaurant in Madrid

Never in my life have I experienced such maltreatment. I am totally new to Madrid and was hoping to enjoy lunch with Family friends. As we approached the door, the waitress refused to seat us, as previously my friends had left a bad review. Very strange as this would have been the perfect opportunity for the restaurant to redeem themselves, however they chose pettiness and ill treatment as they sent away a 96 year old woman, in 32 degrees to eat somewhere else. Absolutely disgusted by the treatment. Luckily we went to a restaurant around the corner, that not only seated us but went out of their way to make sure our 96 year old granny was comfortable, safe and taken care of.

Please avoid this place, there are many beautiful people in Madrid and this place is a poor representation of fine dining and respect in this...

No English speaking or English understanding staff.

1st ⭐ for the space/decor is all I can give. 2end ⭐ for good location to transportation.

Minus 3 stars for: Hygiejne (the table was 'cleaned' but had sticky content)

Staff was slow and more busy being social together than taking orders. (I asked 3 times before they took my order and their were only 5 guests total to 2 waiters) They also did not ask how I would like my food cooked or what tea I would like when you order tea - and they walked away when I tried to tell them.

The price for the portion quality and size was not comparable. I ordered an "English breakfast" it was dry toast without anything for it, scrambled eggs from about 1-2eggs and 2 slices of under...

Aunque parecido al postu-sitio madrileño, hay detalles que llaman a su visita, como el Señor te llama los domingos, pues igual. Comida nada rara, tirando al mediterráneo, así que apto para todo público. . 🏠Local: Diremos que no es Ponzano, pero se deja estar. Techos altos, dos alturas, un poco Larrumbo a decir verdad. Parecemos agentes inmobiliarios a veces, pero bueno. Tiene cierto aire neoyorkino si me apuras.
