We had a dinner here once during our stay in Madrid with my husband. We didn’t book in advancec but could get a table. The dining area was a bit too small and crowded, but still quite cozy. The food was fantastic, we enjoyed a lot the croquettes by the chef, the scallops and the Galician beef slices. Wines were also tasty. Only negative thing was this QR code that you need to use for checking the menu. For bistros and bars we find it ok, but this method really didn’t fit the style and quality of the restaurant… Not to mention that the English menu was still not available online, so in the end we needed a manual menu… The waiters were kind...

This place was amazing, the food was so good i recommend the steak it was amazing. We came here 2 nights and we’re delighted both times by the quality of food and the overall vibe. The only thing lacking was the service as it took a while to get orders in but I don’t blame the staff, they only had 1 girl working and doing everything and she was doing a really good job for all the work they gave her, she was running food, making drinks, taking orders, seating tables and cleaning the dirty ones. Very impressive but i wish they gave her some more help for her sake. Still amazing place great food and atmosphere...

We went there with high hopes but got a little disappointed, it didn’t live up to the reviews. Zamburiñas were tasty but with a little too much oil; cachopo was big but pretty dry; tarta de queso- normal, not outstanding. The service was extremely slow, that also lost another point, although the staff was lovely. Apart from the food, we (2 people) had 2 beers each and finally paid 66€ in total. For me it wasn’t worth it, wouldn’t go back. Accessibility: it has two level; the first part is at street level and can be accessed via wheelchair...

This is an authentic Galician restaurant in the center of Madrid. The dishes are excellent, tortilla, calamari, zamburiñas (a type of scallop), pimientos de Padrón... All highly recommended. Why 4 stars? Inconsistency, sometimes the zamburiñas are cooked a bit more, the cheesecake is a bit creamier. The croquetas are tastier. I think if they get it consistent, it will be fabulous. It is on the pricier side, but I do feel it is worth it (even with the inconsistencies), it is the best place I've found in Madrid when I am craving Galician food.
