We were asking in a good way if we can eat and she answer me like so mean if we have a reservation but it’s a lot of table is available and my partner told to her can we wait? Yes but you will wait for long then suddenly her colleague came and we ask him if we can sit in the available table and he told us okay I will clean first and if it’s ready then you can sit. We went for lunch on a weekday and overall it was a great experience. They had a good variety of ramen, noodle and rice dishes, all very affordable, and quite delicious. The food was really good, the takoyaki is the best I've had in Madrid thus far, and their ramen and fried rice were quite good as well. They clearly specialize in ramen more, but either way the rest of the food is great. The service was very quick and kind as well. We waited less than 15 minutes for the ramen to be ready. Vinimos a cenar a Ramen Shifu un sábado a las 20:00 con reserva en la App de El Tenedor y un descuento del 20%. Una ventaja de la hora a la que fuimos es que estaba literalmente vacío cuando llegamos. Respecto a la carta, tiene mucha variedad en entrantes, ramen y otros platos asiáticos como el pad thai. Pero lo que me maravilló es la cantidad de opciones veganas y vegetarianas de las que disponen, porque no siempre es fácil dar con un sitio que tenga tantas cosas y que no se limite solo a ofrecerte verdura y ya. En este caso tienen varios platos con Heura, una proteína vegetal que sustituye al pollo maravillosamente bien. Así que la verdad es que yo, al ser vegetariana, disfruté especialmente a la hora de elegir los platos, acostumbrada a tener tan pocas opciones. Respecto a la comida, todos coincidimos en que estaba muy buena. Los entrantes súper ricos y el ramen también, aunque he de confesar que me gusta quizá más el del Ramen Kagura… de todas formas no sería justa la afirmación puesto que aquí solo he probado uno de los varios que tienen. Es de agradecer que te pongan el picante aparte para que eches lo que tú quieras (en mi caso poquito porque era FUEGO jaja). No pedimos postre porque acabamos hasta arriba… pero nos quedamos con ganas de probar el Dorayaki y la tarta de queso (esta última nos la recomendó la chica que traía la cuenta). Salimos 4 personas por 50€ gracias al descuento y teniendo en cuenta que pedimos 4 entrantes y 4 platos principales así como la calidad y el sabor de la comida, me parece tirado de precio, la verdad.
