The view is 10/10. The food is 4/10 and the service is 2/10. I managed to book a table online in November for 13:00 but when we got there, we realized the restaurant only opens at 13:30. Around 13:40, we have seen that people start to go in the restaurant (nobody said anything to us). We went there, we said to them 4 times that we have a table booking. After this, they wanted to make us sit at the wrong table, far from the window. They told us this is only possible with a pre-booking. This was the 3rd time I showed them my booking confirmation and finally we could sit on a nice table near the window. It is embarrassing that at the biggest club in the world, there is a restaurant called Realcafe and nobody speaks English. We ordered 2 ducks, medium cooked. My partner’s duck was full of blood. We didn’t even finish the food yet and the waiter already wanted to clear the table. Nobody offered us any coffees or desserts, I had to ask for the menu myself. Desserts were nice. We didn’t even finish them yet and they come to clear the whole table and brought the bill without even asking us if we would like anything else. We are paying customers, we had 2 main courses, drinks, desserts and it felt like they kick us out. They bring a shame on the name of Real Madrid, it is an embarrassment. I was...
Read moreThe food here was so disappointing that I’m writing this review while I’m still in the restaurant. We are here after the soccer season is over, and there is no lunch rush, so there was no reason for what I’m going to describe. The simple dishes like pesto linguini were ruined because the chef did not know how to thoroughly cook linguini pasta. When I cut the pasta, I could see the completely uncooked center of the pasta because it was an entirely different color. I complained and when they remade the dish, it was still not properly cooked. The main chicken dish was quite bad also. When I cut into chicken, there was blood and it was pink. It’s quite hard to believe that the chef did not know how to cook chicken, but...
