It was close to our hotel so we decded to have dinne over here. When we reached it was totally enpty and some Muslim prayer was going on. Time was around 8 PM. We sat on a table, we could not spot any staff in the restaurant. After five minutes when I said little loudly 'Excuse Me', one of the server came, later on he told us that he is the manager. Looking to us he immediately stopped the Muslim prayer and put on some Bollywood music and also put on his jacket. They had only one white wine option in the menu. When we ordered it, few minutes later we were told it's not available. We had no option but to take their house wine with Onion Pakora. For main course we had Mutter Panner and Mixed Vegetables with Chapatis. The food was good specially Onion Pakora. While talking to the manager, it looked like a Bangaladeshi restaurant also serving Indian disheas. The service was very indifferent. Till we left only two other guests came in spite of being a Sunday.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for any open restaurant during siesta time and it was the perfect find. Food was great and service was perfect. Recommend for anyone in the area who’s a fan of indian food. They also had Indian beer!

Never Ever - Go There. WE WERE VISITING MADRID FOR COUPLE OF DAYS and unfortunately ended up going to this restaurant…!! The owner is the the most rudest restaurant owner I have come across, we initially were thinking of getting a takeaway, but decided after to eat in. I did ask him if it was fine, and he said YES “sit at that table”.. So we sat down at the table and the waiter came and took our order and they started to prepare the food, we ordered some starters, 2 full course dishes and had our drinks served we had ordered. The owner came out and started saying that the amount we ordered is not a big order, and started to argue and get annoyed, we explained that we had ordered enough we did say we we’re going to eat in, and the we were on our way to visit the Royal Palace. While waiting for the food the owner came out with the food packed as takeaway… we were absolutely flabbergasted, thinking “How could he even think of doing this to any customer” no matter how much the customer orders!!! I have owned few businesses, and we have never behaved with our customers in such a way.. LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS STATE HE IS THERE JUST TO TAKE PEOPLES money.. not sure where any of the good reviews come from??? **VERY...

Felt cheated!! Went looking for an Indian restuarant. After a long walk at the royal palace tour wanted to end with a good meal and was quite happy seeing an Indian so close by.

Service was too slow. If you had reservations ( that's the excuse they gave) then don't entertain walk-ins please. It's frustrating to order a starter and wait for 15 mins.

We ordered vegetarian starter plate. The cutlet was baked and not properly thawed before heating. Cold in the middle.

We then ordered 3 gravies. Interesting all had the same base. Matter paneer, vegetable curry and aloo Gobi. Loaded with turmeric powder that you could feel the powder overpowering the dishes.

Too sad that though primarily located in a hood tourist spot they don't give due respect for the quality of the food.

Totally...
