I decided to try the Falafel Saj as the name of the dish sounded really interesting. Well, after the first bite I really enjoyed the fresh vegetables and the juicy sauce of the wrap. It all matched so good and tasted juicy, crispy and fresh. So many different flavors. The wrap had a very special spice that I had never tasted before. I really recommend trying the Falafel Saj if you want to try out something new. You will like it. The other day I came back to try out another dish. I took the Halumi Saj and it tasted okay, but it wasn’t outstanding as the Falafel Saj. For my taste it missed a sauce and a little bit of flavor. What a little gem! This place is the only place in Spain where the saj bread is made fresh to order (see photos) per the owner and it absolutely melts in the mouth. The food is authentic, prepared to order and healthy with fresh ingredients. We had the muhammara, hummus and murtabal with saj, and falafel wraps. There's a lot of choice for vegetarians.
