Whilst we were waiting for our order to be taken, we started using our laptops and were immediately told by the waiter that this wasn't allowed and that we can't stay here to work or study. We said that we understood, and that we'd leave as soon as we'd finish eating.

It then took 15-20 mins for them to take our order, and we were using our laptops in the meantime. The same waiter came to take our order and again told us that we can't stay and work/study on our laptops as it's against the company's policy. We reiterated that we understood, and that we'd go after we ate, but we hadn't even ordered yet. Another waiter came to bring our food and again (!!!) told us that we cannot stay longer to work or study etc. This was so frustrating and rude, as it was the third time we were told the same thing, and they'd only just brought one of the portions we ordered.

We obviously couldn't wait to eat and leave.

The brunch was mediocre, but good value for money given...

Messy place - they managed to stress us out.

We were waiting for someone to take our order and took out our laptops. We were then told three times (!) that we couldn't work here on a Saturday afternoon because they have so many people and we mustn't stay long. After we heard it the first time, we said that we understand and that we would leave as soon as we'd finish our food. They then came to us again twice to say the same thing and that it's the company policy not to allow people to have their laptops to work or study. This was while we were waiting for our food to arrive. It was rude and completely unnecessary.

We couldn't wait to eat and leave.

Eventually we waited for 20 minutes for the food (two toasts) that did not even arrive at the same time and were very mediocre.

It's real shame, but the entire time we felt that were doing something wrong.

The food was mediocre but cheap.

The place is...

Extremely impolite! Today, the owner kindly asked me to move from a 4 person table to a two person table. This is reasonable if space would have been an issue but the cafe was empty. He explained me that studying is not allowed and those clients seated in the front part of the cafe are special clients wherefore this rule doesn´t apply to them. Given that I wanted to read an article, I am not a student and I had spent during my earlier visits more than 15 EUR for a stay of less than two hours, I perceived this expulsion not costumer friendly and left. I will not comeback and won´t recommend this place. The cake looks better than it tastes.....An alternative that I can recommend is Abolea en Calle Sandoval. Very...

Good decor and service but.. 📝 ~ Ordered Matcha pie and chocolate sponge cake, looked good but wasn't spongy at all, it was dry and Matcha's cream a bit raw 😢 ✓ Tea was excellent although they charge additional money for lactose free milk 💔 ~ Had to wait a bit for a table and the inside was kind of suffocating, but the decor was again on point! ~ Price was so-so for what we got but definitely not bad for a drink ☕ I think I'll try again another day, when there're less people and the cakes are just baked!

The place looks nice and it is cozy. Service was ok. There was a promo of a croissant and coffee or toast with coffee. We ordered both of them. The coffee was regular, the croissant was ok but a bit too buttery for me and the toast was nothing special (if you go ask for the tomato one, I took the one with butter and jam; it was packaged jam) We also added a toast with scramble eggs and spinach which was good.

The place is really cozy and comfortable. The owner was really helpful and friendly to introduce all the products. We ordered one box of cake, one croissant, one cup of capuchino and one glass of the honey green tea. The price was really reasonable, we paid around 13 euro. The cake was really delicious with asian style. We will definitely come back again in the future.
