This restaurant has quickly become my favorite Asian dining spot. From the moment you step inside, you're captivated by the stunning interior design—an elegant blend of traditional and modern elements. The colors are perfectly chosen to create a serene yet vibrant ambiance, making the entire dining experience both relaxing and visually appealing. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring each guest feels valued and well cared for. Now, let’s talk about the food—it’s simply out of this world. Every dish is crafted with precision, bursting with authentic flavors, and presented beautifully. From appetizers to dessert, each bite is a culinary journey worth savoring. The quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the kitchen team are evident in every plate. Though the experience may come with a higher price tag, it’s absolutely worth every euro. Dining here isn’t just a meal; it’s an unforgettable experience that combines excellent service, ambiance, and extraordinary cuisine. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as this gem is no secret to those who appreciate top-tier Asian cuisine. Trust me—you won’t regret it. 200 % recommended it.

Posting my review a 2nd time as seems like this restaurant reports low reviews they get to remove them. They should instead take them into consideration to improve their service. I was very disappointed by my dinner. I went there having very high expectations but ended up having a below average experience. Nothing special about the food , some dishes tasted weird like the tuna tartare. The nigiris were good but nothing out of this world. It is also very overpriced for what it is , you can have much better japanese food for half the price in Madrid. Also the service is extremely slow , we waited 1h between the starters and the main course. The main courses being nigiris and rolls , which definitely don’t need 1h of preparation. Waiters are also rude as you can call them multiple times , they will just look at you and don’t respond. One waitress was particularly rude with us - people should never experience the bad attitude of a waiter specially when you pay such high prices for the food. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a good japanese restaurant in Madrid you can find so much better than this one. Not worth it at all.

Right, I think this restaurant deserves a five star for the food straight off the bat. Sashimi was delicious and pleasantly presented, the seabass nigiri was also memorable (a hint too much wasabi but I’ll let that slide). I think what made the food so fantastic was how convivial and approachable the staff were. Oh, before I forget, the cocktails were incredible - a perfect combination of refreshing but not too sweet. The Alex Cordobes cheesecake was a particular highlight - my first time trying it in Madrid and by Jove I understand the queues outside the stores. It’s the type of cheesecake that would have nigella Lawson in bits. The atmosphere of this place also deserves some praise, a small hole in the wall type beat in the heart of Salamanca. Everything about my experience was positive and I will certainly be returning.
