The WiZink Center in Madrid is an outstanding venue for concerts, sports events, and large gatherings, offering a fantastic experience for attendees. Located in the heart of the city, it’s easy to access by public transportation, with nearby metro stops making it convenient for both locals and visitors. Inside, the arena’s design ensures good visibility and acoustics from nearly every seat, providing a great experience for concerts and performances alike. The seating is comfortable and well-organized, with clear signage that makes it easy to navigate even when it's crowded. The WiZink Center is also known for its excellent amenities. The variety of food and drink options available cater to different tastes, ranging from quick snacks to more substantial meals, and the numerous bars and kiosks help keep lines manageable. For sports events, the energy in the arena is always high, with passionate fans creating an electric atmosphere that adds to the excitement. The staff is friendly and professional, assisting with everything from ticketing to seating with efficiency and courtesy. Overall, the WiZink Center is a top-tier venue, offering a high-quality experience in terms of comfort, amenities, and atmosphere, making it a fantastic choice for events in Madrid.

Last night I attended the Ricky Martin concert in this venue which I visited for the first time ever. I have to say that I was quite impressed with the order and organization of the employees and the crowd. Everything went smoothly, it was all very organized, the venue is very clean and well maintained, we were ushered to our seats in an orderly fashion without any trouble of any sort. The place is huge and the sound system is quite powerful. Our seats were great and we had an excellent view of the stage and the show. People were very well behaved throughout the concert and, frankly I was very pleasantly surprised. I don’t give this venue five stars only because the actual seats were very uncomfortable and tiny. My knees were squeezed with the back of the seat in front of me and I am not that tall, so for a really tall person this must be torture. Also, we had pretty decent seats, so it’s not like we were at the highest level or something like that. Otherwise, we were even given a gift on our way out, which also went without any problems at all. I will be back for sure!!

This was the worst concert organization. If I could give -5⭐️/5 I would. The employees did not help in organizing the queues, but on the contrary, they confused me. I asked 3 employees about the queue for my entrances and each time I received different answers from "there is no queue, come at 19:00 and you will enter without problems" to "go to the second queue, the average for entrances is 4-6" (there were 5 or more queues, because there was no organization and people went from the 1st line to the 2nd, etc.). Above entrances 4-6 there was a sign "entrance through gate 10", in the central queue there were people with tickets through entrance 4-6, but after standing in line for an hour and reaching the ticket check at entrance 10, we were turned back by the same employee who had told me an hour ago about this line, that this was not our entrance and we had to go to another one (2-3), for this we were kicked out of the block where they check tickets and we stood in line for more than 40 minutes to get into "maybe our" entrance.

I have been once to WiZink Center and it wasn’t the most pleasant experience I have ever had. First of all if you like to bring your own water, well guess what happens? They take away all the caps of the water bottle due to a policy of the arena. I mean I had to drink 2L of water while standing (yes! There aren’t any seats for you to sit for 4 hours!! Including the waiting time for the band to show up). Of course, I refused to use the restroom. So you all could imagine the situation. Also the excess use of security was just simply annoying. The security guards are teasingly stripping you down with their eyes. From the moment you step into the arena until you leave, I felt like a suspect who has been charged with triple homicide. Like chill the f. out, man! Also no one knows English! Literally all of the staff speaks Spanish even though the band is from Australia and most fans are from all around the world in that arena. There was only one freaking exit door that they allow you to exit from. More than 3000 people trying to leave at the same time. Imagine that. Through one freaking red door. Also there were way too many steps on those staircases. We all went through at least 6 different staircases just to be on the floor level. They also didn’t let us leave from any kind of exit doors. They made us walk all the way around the other exit. The one that opens up to a long walk to find a street which is across from Goya metro station. I have never worked out this much in one night. It was...
