A very surprising find in the middle of Madrid! I ordered the classic milk tea at 50% sugar with tapioca boba, though they also had milk green tea, milk oolong tea, and milk high mountain tea (清茶). The tea was surprisingly good! It tasted much like the milk tea back in the west coast of the USA, or Taipei. A perfect amount of sweetness for me, and very refreshing on this hot spring day. The boba was also very well done. Slightly tough and larger than I am used to, but not so much that it detracted from my experience. The two staff members were also very prompt and helpful, and I received my drink within 3min of ordering (there was only one other party before me). On a tangential note, there are a lot of review bombs from mainland Chinese reviewers commenting on this shop displaying pro-Taiwan independence sentiment. They seem to recommend the shop next door over this one on the basis that it is actually Chinese. I would advise anyone reading the reviews to ignore the 1 star reviews that castigate this shop for supporting Taiwanese independence if you want an unbiased opinion (disclaimer: I am Taiwanese American and support Taiwanese independence, but would have left a lower score if I didn't honestly think that this store served a good product. In fact, if you go through my review history, you'll see a low review on a similarly pro-Taiwanese bubble tea shop in Granada that I thought could use improvement).

We were very glad to have found this location after running into a few permanently closed milk tea shops in Gran Canaria, Seville, and Granada. The tea shop itself is very cute, and the menu offers quite a few selection of drinks (including customization of toppings and sugar levels) along with several snacks. I ended up getting the Fresh Lemon Fruit Tea with little sugar. It was exactly the refreshing drink I was looking for on a very warm day in Madrid. You could taste the freshly squeezed lemon. My boyfriend got the Classic Milk Tea. The quality of the tea was as good as the teas I have tried from milk tea shops in the US and in Taiwan. I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you are looking for quick and friendly service, quality drinks, and a cute atmosphere.

The shop is really small but cozy. You order a drink, choose your topping and how sweet you want it to be. For the sweetest I recommend doing normal, since we got medium and it was bitter because of the tea. I got the pink lemonade with strawberry popping boba, a bit of ice and medium sweetness. It was great for my liking since it wasn’t too sweet or sour. My sister got the Blossom Berry also with strawberry popping boba and medium sweetness. She didn’t really enjoy it since it was really bitter. In general I really recommend it since you can customize your drink and there are many different flavors to try.

Nearest milk tea shop in SOL .offers variant flavors that you can try .Brown sugar bubble milktea is the famous and taro flavour is the best plus the matcha is very Asian drink which is a plus point ..If you miss Asian drink, you can drop by in this shop.. ,milk tea is life ....😊 . addendum: I have nothing against zenzoo but my last latest experience (June 2023 )is a bit BAD!!..We ordered 16 pcs of milkteas with 3 different flavor I HAVE RECEIPT POSTED..TASTE is fine except all of the drinks has hard Bubble or sago which is very disappointing because its not cooked at all and its a waste)..I hope next time they will checked on the ingredients well,, otherwise its not good to offer to customers if you know its not yet ready or kids might be choked on it ... thats the point why we want to buy this drink because of the big sago pearls..plus at that same time we wont go and travel back again just to complain all the milkteas ,because its no point bringing back the opened milkteas 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.we cant tell the people who drink those and and we will complain ....instead we APOLOGIZED to them..I hope it will not happen again.....Quality of zenzoo drinks should be a must at...

I recently visited Bubble Tea Shinsu at Plaza Mayor, and I can confidently say it was the best bubble tea experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the classic bubble tea with tapioca and black tea, and for just around 5 euros, it was worth every cent. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the rich black tea blending smoothly with the chewy tapioca pearls.

What truly made the visit special was Len, the incredible person who attended me. Despite the store being busy, she took the time to share an amazing story about how bubble tea is made, adding a personal touch to the whole experience. Her warmth, efficiency, and knowledge made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

If you’re in Plaza Mayor and looking for the perfect bubble tea, I totally recommend Bubble Tea Shinsu. It’s a 5-star experience that stands out for both the quality of the tea and the exceptional service. I can’t wait to visit...
