The waiters are worse than rude. They are bullies. We had a shocking experience. They brought our salads wrong. 2 large salads with dressing. We ordered 2 small salads without dressing. This can happen. No big deal. But when we asked for them to be changed the bullying started. The new salads arrived and were literally banged on the table by a glaring large angry waiter. No sooner had we started our salads than the same ghastly waiter returned with our steaks. There was not even a second allowed us between our first and second courses Even though I asked the waiter to allow us some time at least to finish our salads he insisted on trying to fit the plates on the tiny table whilst we were eating. We then realised we were being abused and bullied. I am in my late 70’s. We had 3 large angry waiters around our table. We had to get out. We were frightened. The service is amazing! They greet you with smile and recommend you the food based on your preference! They took a time to explain each kind of steak they have and the differences between them so I can pick what I like. They also speak English and of course Spanish.
The ambience and design is also very authentic and beautiful! Everything is clean and high quality (from the furniture to the cutlery). Ideal interior temperature helped to relax coming from the extreme hot temperature outside!
