Restaurante Cheat Puente Romano — Restaurant in Marbella

Terrible service. Management has lost touch with reality and as a regular customer, I am appalled by how it’s being run. I, for the 5th time, waited over 60 minutes for our food. Each time our group was over 6 people and the 5th time for me was it.

When I spoke up, management to told me to F off and wait until all others are served because we didn’t reservation... it’s an empty burger joint.. terrible way to treat customers who have been patrons for years. Regardless of how long the food took, some of which was never received, we will never attend a food venue that threatens you and talks down to anyone.

Management is clearly delusional and needs proper leadership with a clear focus and...

The restaurant is located inside the resort/hotel but you can walk in from the street. There is no elevator, stairs only so not ideal for strollers and wheelchairs. The food is nice and tasty, you get what you see in the pictures (on maps). The staff is very friendly and attentive. Service was fast and the calm atmosphere by the pool suits the place. However, it's very pricey. A light meal for 3 adults and one small child set us back...

The hamburger was fantastic, and the fries were excellent—crispy and well-seasoned. The chicken nuggets, however, could have been a bit softer; the coating was quite overcooked and too crunchy for my taste. While the food was mostly enjoyable, paying €110 for two hamburgers, fries, nuggets, and two colas is definitely overpriced. Good flavors, but not worth that...
