The Claddagh Bar — Restaurant in Marbella

Had a great time at this Irish pub in Marbella. We originally popped in just for a drink, but ended up coming back every evening for two weeks in February, that’s how good the atmosphere was. It reminded me of Cheers, the same wonderful, interesting people every night, a place where you feel like a regular almost instantly.

The beer was always top-notch, especially the Guinness — poured perfectly every time. A great selection of pints and that authentic pub feel that’s hard to beat.

We were there for the St Patrick's Day celebrations. One of the barmen was extremely unpleasant, rude and arrogant, and he made us feel unwelcome. There are plenty of bars and pubs in Marbella, no-one deserves to be the recipient of such attitude from an ill-mannered buffoon.
