My review from a year ago was 5 star and I wrote “Outstanding food, wine and service. Great take on modern tapas”

Unfortunately the restaurant standards have not just changed but have fallen off a cliff. My main concern is with the service. It was just awful. Truly awful. Half hour wait for drinks in a not particularly busy evening and then half an hour’s wait to get a bill or any attention at the end of the meal. I had to leave the table and ask for a bill. The food was okay but not great and one should remember this is an expensive place. Bread service was great in the past but forgettable now, aubergines fried with palm honey were something you would dream of but are now pretty poor. Tuna tartare was a big highlight and the pork tacos are good. All said the service was SO incredibly bad I think we will never return. Such a shame. If the restaurant replies here with some sort of nonsense please look at my other reviews. Generally I don’t bother posting bad reviews but I had to correct the record...

Went here as we were staying at the hotel, did plan on going the Saturday evening but they had a private function on which wasnt advertised until the day of the event which was a little annoying so ended up eating Sunday instead. Food was nice quality but definitely different to the norm which is what they state. You need to order 2 dishes each as its more like a taster menu or having starters as they're small portions and mine averaged €20 each so plan around €40 each plus drinks. Would say not the place to take young children as we felt like we were put in a corner to be out of the way which was slightly annoying when you're paying the same as everybody else. Also the menu probably not the best for children anyhow and it's more suited for couples wanting a nice relaxed night out with quality food. Would go back but not with a baby or children but i do recommend it for couples and...

Not sure where to start as a few things annoyed me about this place. You are presented with a food menu, but it's one of those places that thinks it's cool to make you scan a barcode to see the drinks menu. We try not to bring our phones out as we prefer to talk to each other and the kids, so had to go back to our hotel room to pick up a phone to be able to view the available drinks! Food is expensive and the quality doesn't match the price. 19 euro for a burrito that was more like a small wrap with a mushy texture to it and little flavour. My wife was then served a raw sea bass tacco that they begrudgingly apologised for and replaced. Not once did they ask if we were enjoying our meal. On the plus side, the draught beer was...

Tapas style restaurant which is set on the marina, with beautiful decor. Our first dish was fantastic - fish & chips (actually fish & crisps), but unfortunately, that was the best dish we had. The rest were beautifully presented but were either not very flavoursome (prawn crepe with bland satay sauce), or were extremely messy without the taste being worth it (pork taco with ground popcorn topping). We also had the Bao Buns, my partner liked them, I have had better. The cocktails were nice though, as were the very attentive staff.
