We came here a few times for just drinks and ice-cream whilst at the beach which we had no complaints about. One day we decided to have lunch here. We were shown to a table quickly and it wasn't overly busy but started to fill up once we sat down. Drinks and food order was taken quickly but we did have to wait a while for it all to come. We enjoyed our meals everything was hot and tasted nice no issues at all. Unfortunately we did have to wait a long time for our plates to be cleared and to order extra drinks and a dessert. We had to get the attention of the staff as they just walked past us without any acknowledgement. The place is a bit run down and could do with updating but otherwise it's a nice place to come and very close to the sunbeds near the steps.

I’m hesitant between 4 and 5 stars. First of all this is the only restaurant in the area where the waiters aren’t pushy and they don’t want to force you to come inside and order more, this I liked very much. Also the waiters here are polite the classy way, kudos for them. The food is fresh and this place seems to be more popular amongst local people. We ordered a fish plate for 2, which was fresh, but unfortunately we were still hungry after finishing it, this was our main problem. The seafood selection is also limited which was strange for me. Their cocktails are good and strong. Prices are good here, much better than other restaurants in the area. Atmosphere is a bit old fashioned, but it’s right next to the sea which is good.

We had planned on going to another restaurant, largely because the reviews here weren't that hot. I'm very glad we didn't! We had lunch here earlier the week because it is located very close to the beach and it was good, with decent portions. This time we had dinner and it was terrific. We had garlic prawns, avocado and prawns and baby squid for starters. It was so delicious I didn't have time for a photo. For main we had lobster paella, which was superb! The portion sizes here are very generous so pace yourself. The service was fantastic and the view from the table was terrific. No idea how others have others have fared but I couldn't fault it.

We decided to call in here for a lunch today after a boat trip to see dolphins from the adjacent harbour. Our hotel is just around the corner too. Friendly welcome, greeted our kids. The menu was completely pictorial which I don't like - I never trust a place that has to show you pictures of all their dishes. I asked for a meat paella which arrived as expected in a large black pan and was dished up by the waiter. It was delicious, though the meat could have been a little more tender - but the peppers melted in our mouths. It was my daughter's first paella and she loved it. Good value too. The pepperoni pizza my wife ordered had been cooked without the pepperoni on top - the pepperoni was cold for some reason. Never seen this before. The chips were missing, though they were quickly delivered when we pointed this out. Chips were a little dry and not the best.

Come here for the view, it's brilliant, but don't expect miracles from the food. The place needs a good spruce up, it could be a gold mine, one of the biggest restaurants in...

Garlic bread was nice, mine and my sons steak wasn't cooked the best. Some parts was cooked fine and some was raw, we didn't finish it. There a mix up with food, some starters didn't come out we had to ask for them.

Staff weren't too bad.

The atmosphere well what can I say, it was like a Spanish version of brits abroad gone wrong very wrong. We had speedo Pete dancing about, dropping his pants, Courtney knocking back the smirnof like it was water, mix this with the worst entertainment/singer, and then Pete and crew attempting to dance the worst I have seen, they looked like had eaten some gone off mushrooms. The sound system was bobbins and far too loud, sadly this happened after we got food.

We asked for the bill before they had even cleared the plates.

All in all if this isn't your cup of tea then a strongly recommend you avoid, same really as the views are lovely but wasted on this...
