MAMMA MIA! Restaurant Arguineguin — Restaurant in Mogán

Leider war unser Besuch im Mamma mia in Arguineguin enttäuschend. Obwohl wir extra auf Empfehlung hin angereist sind und 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi fuhren, wurden wir vom Kellner unfreundlich empfangen. Trotzdem bekamen wir einen Tisch. Es war offensichtlich, dass wir bewusst ignoriert wurden, als andere Gäste nach uns kamen und ihre Getränke schon bekommen hatten. Erst nach langer Wartezeit wurden wir gefragt, ob wir etwas bestellen möchten. Als wir nach Spezialwünschen für unsere Tochter fragten, Spezialwunsch war: anstatt "Gnocchi Gorgonzola" Spaghetti Gorgonzola, wurden wir brüsk abgewiesen. Der Kellner wurde daraufhin richtig unfreundlich und sagte uns wortwörtlich, dass wir entweder das bestellen sollten, was auf der Karte steht, oder gehen sollten. Als jemand, der selbst 17 Jahre in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und ein Restaurant geführt hat, war ich schockiert über diese Unhöflichkeit. Wir wurden in unserem Leben noch niemals so unfreundlich und ungastlich behandelt wie in diesem Restaurant. Wir verließen das Restaurant sofort und gingen woanders essen, wo wir wie immer hervorragend bedient wurden. Zusammengefasst: Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für dieses Restaurant. Ich empfehle es niemandem weiter.

Il cameriere è diventato estremamente scortese e ci ha detto letteralmente che avremmo dovuto ordinare ciò che c'era nel menu o andarcene. Come qualcuno che ha lavorato nel settore della ristorazione per 17 anni e ha gestito un ristorante, sono rimasto scioccato da questa mancanza di cortesia. Last year we visited this restaurant twice and gave it 5 stars - the food was exceptional especially the Carbonara even down to the presentation. This year we couldn't wait to rush back but left disappointed, we can only think the chef has changed.
