A Truly Wonderful Experience – Thank You!

We had such a lovely time dining here recently, and it’s a visit we won’t soon forget. Not only was the food absolutely incredible – fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented – but what really stood out was the exceptional kindness of the staff, especially toward our child.

From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel so welcome and at ease. They went out of their way to engage with our little one, offering a warm smile, a few kind words, and even a small treat that made their day. It’s rare to see such genuine care and attention, and it meant the world to us as parents.

The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and every dish we tried was delicious – clearly prepared with passion and attention to detail. It’s not often you find a place that gets both the food and the service just right.

Visited based on reviews, it was big mistake. I counted 40 guests, only 1(!) shef and only 1(!) waiter who also is a bartender. This resulted in 15 min to place the order, 15 more min to get drinks, 15 more min to get dish for a kid (when leaving I noticed kids menu, which was never proposed). All this waiting ended up after 1,5 hour with second course dish and a salad packed in a take away trays. Food is ok, maybe someone likes that, but not me, wine is good, tables are located in such manner, that when seated next to window you'll be unable to leave your table without askings someone to stand up and give you way. First disappointment in 2 weeks time in...

Päätimme kokeilla kyseistä ravintolaa arvosteluiden perusteella. Ja valitettavasti ruokalista oli saman tyyppinen kuin muillakin samalla alueella olevissa ravintoloissa, josta ei ikävä kyllä tule lisäarvoa. Ruoka oli ihan perus ok syötävää jokseenkin tylsää, osalle seurueestamme lämmin ruoka tuli valmiiksi kylmänä. Henkilökunta oli teennäisen mukavia, sekä pyytäessämme tuhkakuppia niin tarjoilija heitti vitsillä että eikö oli jo aika lopettaa tupakointi. Meidän kotimaassamme olisi tuosta saanut vähintään suullisen puhuttelun, ei ole henkilökunnan tarkoitus puuttua asiakkaiden henkilökohtaisiin asioihin. Tunnelmasta ei voi juuri puhua laisinkaan, kun ei tunnelmaa juuri ympäristössä ollut, terassi on yritetty sisustaa ikealla. Itse en katsoisi että ravintola on uudelleen käymisen arvoinen. We decided to try that restaurant based on the reviews. And unfortunately, the menu was of the same type as in other restaurants in the same area, which unfortunately does not add value. The food was quite basic, ok to eat, somewhat boring, some of our group had hot food already cold. The staff were really nice, and when we asked for an ashtray, the waiter joked that it wasn't time to stop smoking. In our home country, we would have received at least a verbal conversation about that, it is not the intention of the staff to interfere in the customers' personal matters. You can't really talk about the atmosphere, when there was no atmosphere in the surroundings, they have tried to decorate the terrace with ikea. Personally, I wouldn't consider the restaurant worth...
