McDonald's — Restaurant in Mogán

Poorly trained staff iro hygiene and very slow service. I watched a member of staff in the food preparation area cough straight into her hand twice and then within seconds was putting fries into paper bags.

MCDONALD'S DON'T YOU TAKE COVID SERIOUSLY, IT HASN'T GONE AWAY!!!

Even if this member of staff didn't have Covid, it's still disgusting to watch and shows poor training of staff.

I also had to wait 18 minutes (I timed it) for my meal to arrive and I had to ask about the delay 3 times.

Normally it wouldn't be much of an issue, but perhaps a little frustrating, but I was on the way to the airport for my departure and the ONLY reason I stopped at McDonalds was because it is normally 'fast' food.

During our 10 day stay in Puerto Rico I only ate at McDonalds twice. I had poor service in the other McDonalds restaurant (near the centre) and wasn't intending to use McDonalds again, had it not been for the last minute requirement for quick service.

So unfortunately it looks like the standards in both McDonalds restaurants in Puerto Rico are equally poor.

I normally can't be bothered to leave reviews, life is short. But I've found the service so bad in both restaurants I'm hoping the area management for both McDonalds are reading these reviews.

The Covid aspect is really serious should a customer has health issues, SO PLEASE MCDONALDS TRAIN YOUR STAFT IN PROPER...

Went in, ordered a few things and the order came but the coffee was missing so we explained to a gentleman man that the coffee was missing and he took our receipt to inform the team of this. We are our meal waiting for the coffee and nothing. So I went to the queue waited to get to my turn and explained to the team that my coffee was missing and to my left was my cup of coffee which has been sat there for ages. Now cold, a new hot one was giving to me as this was cold.

Things to note, they do not give tissue with the food you order so before you sit, go get tissue. We were not provided with Straw for the drink. We checked in the store for straw in the area where the tissue was and there was no straw.

To be honest, it was a tiring experience, the food was good but the experience was not up to par not sure if I am calibrated by other Mcdonald experience that I am expecting more than is offered at this McDonald's. I would have given a 3 star but for the other people who did their jobs and I would not want to...

Awful service! We ordered a big menu and nuggets to take away, the order was shown as ready but when we went to the counter to pick it up, there was only coke. We told that we ordered other things, the girl at the counter looked confused but looked at the check and asked to wait. Once we finally got our order, we didn’t check it properly so only at the hotel we found out there was not a single souse in our order, but there had to be at least 4 souses which we chose! As someone already wrote in comments, check your order properly as looks like they intentionally try to “forget” some items from the orders. Better avoid...
