Little Italy Restaurant — Restaurant in Nerja

One star for good pizza and the second one for good price but dear lord did we wait to be able to taste that! Total mess with the staff. Poor guys have no management and are allover that place which results in long wait (in our case it was exactly 2h wait for the starters to arrive and that was with me going up to the kitchen myself to get a)drinks, b)cutlery, c)demanding starters) . This could be a great place but needs management. Pizza was great! Really good. But I wouldn't bother with pasta (tinned tomatoes instead of proper sauce), or the gambas (cooked in water and tasteless ). One thing I wanted to say was big thank you to the one waiter who was doing the job of 3 people(his workmates were on another planner, the girl was doing 0 work and was useless and forgot our order, the tall waiter was super disorganised, moody and couldn't even remember to bring the bread or cutlery, and the other waiter looked like on stoned character from a movie in slow motion. One person who was actually working was this dude in cargo pants. Well done mate! ) If the owner reads it (which I doubt...) Do a simple system of allocating each zone (upstairs, inside, outside) to each waiter, so they know what to focus on rather than running around like headless...

My recent visit to Little Italy was a complete disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the staff's rudeness and lack of hospitality were striking. Whenever our waiter came out he had a very hostile look on his face, which left us feeling very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide glasses for our drinks, leaving us to drink from dirty, lukewarm water bottles for which we were charged.

The state of the kitchen raised serious concerns about hygiene, which further dampened our spirits. But the most frustrating aspect of our visit was the excruciatingly slow service. Despite ordering a simple pizza, we waited for a mind-boggling 40 minutes before our food was even put in the oven. The waiting was agonizing, and the staff offered no explanation or apology.

In the end, we couldn't endure the wait any longer and decided to leave, despite having already paid for the water. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience overall. I strongly advise against dining at Little Italy based on our visit. The combination of rude staff, dirty amenities, poor service, and our decision to leave before receiving our food left us with an extremely negative impression of...

Are you sitting comfortably, yes ,well here we go ,One word comes to mind to describe this restaurant,Disgusting.As with many previous reviews the place is absolutely filthy, in the UK this restaurant would be shut down immediately as the hygiene standards are zero, on walking in past the kitchen on the right past the table in the corridor filled with filthy condiments the decor and furniture are really depressing. Got sat at our table and the menus were thrown at us by a bald headed spectacled guy who posed as a waiter,what an ignorant person. Ordered the food and to be fair it was mediocre at best, I had a lasagne and a garlic bread and the dough was that thin it just broke into pieces, absolutely rubbish I won't even comment on the rest of the food, we left most of it then asked for the bill ,the baldheaded spectacled guy came and asked for the money and when we asked to pay by phone he went away and sent a woman with a card reader ,no itemised bill just a price.
