Incredible Hot Pot Experience at Liu's Hot Pot, Palma!

We had an absolutely excellent dining experience at Liu's Hot Pot in Palma! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu and ensuring we had everything we needed for a great meal. We opted for the sharing menu for two, and it was a perfect choice — the portions were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were amazing!

One fun anecdote: the spice here is no joke! We decided to try one of the spicy broths, thinking we could handle it, wow — it definitely brought the heat! In the best way possible, of course. If you're a fan of spice, you’ll love it, but if you're not sure, I'd suggest starting mild.

The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience. If you're looking for an authentic and tasty hot pot spot in Palma, Liu's Hot Pot is a must-visit! We'll definitely be back!

We recommend to try corn and pork ribs broth and the tomato and beef broth they were delicious. Add a portion of Rice Pasta - It’s a must try!

The sauces table was very clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of ingredients, so you can really work your magic and create your perfect blend.

Visitamos un restaurante de hotpot en grupo y optamos por un menú para cinco personas. Aunque había mucha comida, la experiencia en general no cumplió con nuestras expectativas por varias razones.

Lo positivo: Quiero destacar la atención de una camarera española que fue excelente. Nos ayudó cuando, sin querer, pedimos dos caldos picantes en lugar de uno, explicándonos cómo suavizar el picante añadiendo agua caliente. También nos orientó un poco con las salsas, lo cual fue de gran ayuda y se agradece muchísimo.

Lo negativo: Falta de explicaciones claras: No sabíamos cómo cocinar cada alimento correctamente, lo que nos obligó a preguntar constantemente al personal. Hubiera sido mucho más práctico tener una guía en la mesa indicando el tiempo de cocción necesario para cada ingrediente. Sabor mediocre: Aunque la comida no estaba mala, tampoco destacaba por su sabor. Las salsas disponibles no incluían instrucciones claras sobre las proporciones, lo que hizo que prepararlas fuera complicado y el resultado no fuera especialmente bueno. Atención desigual: Mientras que la camarera española fue muy atenta, el resto del personal fue seco y poco amable, lo cual no ayudó a mejorar nuestra experiencia. Demasiado ruido: El ambiente era tan ruidoso que prácticamente teníamos que chillar para comunicarnos entre nosotros. Esto hizo que la cena fuera poco cómoda y agradable. Poca variedad en los postres: El menú ofrecía muy pocas opciones de postres, lo que resultó decepcionante, especialmente considerando el precio. Relación calidad-precio: Por la calidad de los ingredientes y la experiencia general, nos pareció excesivamente caro.

Conclusión: Aunque parte de la experiencia fallida fue culpa nuestra por ser nuestra primera vez en un hotpot y no saber cómo funcionaba, esperábamos más orientación por parte del restaurante y una mejor calidad general. El ruido, la falta de explicaciones y la atención desigual fueron puntos negativos importantes. Aunque puede ser interesante para experimentar algo nuevo, no lo recomendaríamos en base a nuestra experiencia. El precio no justifica lo ofrecido y, lamentablemente, fue...

We were invited to a birthday celebration of our friends' daughter. The crew were so very welcoming and assisted us with all smiles. The food was so good. Fresh and instagramable. This would be best for winter. You have 3 kinds of soup base to choose , or you can have them all at the same time. DIY sauce station and most esp.you can choose from tons selections of meat , seafood , dumplings , veggies etc to go with your hotpot at a reasonable price.
