A Delightful Culinary Journey at Buscando el Norte!
My recent dining experience at Buscando el Norte was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and attentiveness that set the tone for a perfect evening.
We started with the scallops, which were perfectly seared and bursting with flavor. The salmon was equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The shrimp salad was a refreshing balance of sweet and tangy, a delightful accompaniment to the meal.
What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Roberto. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations, and ensured that every detail of our dining experience was impeccable. His friendly and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
If you're looking for a place that combines delicious food with top-notch service, Buscando el Norte is a must-visit. A big thank you to Roberto for making our night so memorable! We can't wait to return and explore more...
Read moreOne of this restaurant’s biggest strengths is its closing time. We arrived late from the airport, and it was one of the few places open near our hotel that wasn’t fast food. We took a peek at the menu and at what people were eating out on the terrace, and we were quickly convinced to give it a try. The restaurant was also super aesthetic, but little did we know just how incredible the flavors of the dishes would be. We tried several dishes and shared everything, which I think is actually the concept of the restaurant. We loved everything we tasted, but special mentions go to the taco de cerdo, the pastrami pintxo, the truffle and mushroom risotto, the dulce de leche dessert, and the friendliness of the staff.
It’s clearly a restaurant I would recommend to anyone visiting Palma! On top of everything, the price was also very reasonable fyi it came to under €30 per person. Unfortunately, we were so hungry that we didn’t take a single photo. But please, do try it...

I pointed to the table at the back that was empty next to the wall and the man didn’t even give me the courtesy of saying if it was reserved or not, but just looked at me as if I were the stupid one and pointed impatiently and with disdain at the same three tables in terrible places, as if I had something to do with his complete ineptitude and lack of social skills.
That was that. Shame we never even got a chance to try the food, but who would after being treated with such disrespect and disregard? We took our business elsewhere, and oh my! Did we find an amazing place alright: Restaurante Casa Maruka!...
