Bons Aires 13 — Restaurant in Palma

This place would be so great if it wasn't for the owner (the incredibly rude and aggressive lady). It's not the first time I've witnessed such a scene, but this time it happened to me. I joined some of my friends who were already there, I didn't even have time to sit down and she already insistently asked me what I wanted to drink and eat. I only ordered a drink because I wasn't sure if I wanted to eat, when their food arrived I tasted it and since I liked it, I asked her if I could order something to eat. At that point she started yelling at me in front of everyone saying that I could have ordered it earlier and that I had stolen my friends' food. You can't treat your customers so badly and always be so grumpy and rude. After yelling at me the whole time she then told me that if I wanted I could still order. Of course I told her no and I left. Too bad because I often went to that place with my friends, but now we will definitely...

For us, Bon Aires was great little local coffee and breakfast spot. If we'd have been staying in Palma longer we'd have been here every morning.
