My husband and I recently dined at Casa Gallega in Palma, and we had an exceptional experience. Despite not having a reservation, the staff was incredibly kind and managed to find us a table. We started with a delicious sangria and some chiperones, which were fantastic. For our main course, we ordered a seafood platter for two. We were pleasantly surprised by the sheer size and variety of the platter, which included lobster, shrimp, langoustines, mussels, clams, and an assortment of different fish. Everything was fresh and the cooking was excellent. I highly recommend Casa Gallega for its excellent service and outstanding food. The restaurant is also very spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a wonderful dining atmosphere

Excellent restaurant in palma. The food is of outstanding quality and the freshly cut Jamon is thin and also melts in your mouth. It is versatile restaurant that offer an affordable daily lunch menu that has quality that would embarrass some upper end Michelin star restaurants, that menu included one of the best Bacalhau that I have ever had and Calamares fried with a ink tempura that were absolutely outstanding. The restaurant also offers fresh shellfish, lobsters, scallops, and prime cuts of meat. We stayed outside palma for a week however we had 3 meals in this fabulous restaurant. It is truly worth the visit.

We got the grilled shrimp, scallops, cod/prawn/octopus casserole, and Galician octopus. I never knew octopus could take on that kind of texture, this dish really blew my mind. Definitely 100% get this. Scallops were really good too, and had some flavoured broth which was really nice. If I came again I'd just get these 2 things. Casserole was nice, the fish was really silky. Prawns were a miss, the meat was slightly mushy.

Gracias.

The waitress Mabel’s attitude is so bad. She pushed us a lot of times even we have told her that we were still not ready to order. She looked and sounded shocked as we ran out of our preparing time. And she complained about us to her colleagues just in front of our eyes. That’s so rude. We didn’t even enjoy our meal because of her. And we didn’t received any apologise from her. Others were very friendly.

The best restaurant in Palma! The price value ratio is superb. You get 4 starters and a main course plus a bottle of water and more importantly a bottle of wine (Albarino) for 30 Euro in total for the fixed price menu, pictures to follow. The member of staff that were very fortunately allocated was Carlos, a very friendly, down to earth and engaging guy. Casagallegamallorca is highly recommended.
