Enco Gastronomy — Restaurant in Palma

I and my wife called here August 25, we were offered a table and told we could order through the app ,, the wifi connection was a problem for myself and my wife we are both 60+ and were unable to connect so we left ,and joined a table at another place around the corner , we connected to what I believed was their wifi, but was Enco,s and placed an order and paid , we realized then that I somehow had managed to order and pay food in the previous place we had been sat on , . We returned to Enco and were told to sit at any table and the food would be right out and that they had been looking for us , the food was excellent, the staff could not of been more pleasant regarding the situation . Honestly, one of the worst restaurants I've ever been. I didn't tried any food but I'm glad I didn't. These waiting times here are extreme. Waiting for 2 drinks and 2 coffees more then 1 and a half hour and for paying half an hour is just disgusting. Second one are these guys who nom stop trying to sell you stuff like glasses etc. For those 2 hours we were here there was like 8 guys. Drinks and coffee was good but everything else 0 stars. Yeah, and toilets were disgusting too, water on the floor idk from what and stench all over the toilets. Avoid this place if you can or if you have a lifetime to spend here you can....

I got there when the kitchen was already closed so I don't really know how the food is, but my pa amb oli was amazingly good, the waiter was very friendly and could speak english very well, there appears to be no physical menu, but the waiter will give you a qr code for the digital menu. The menu itself is very well structured with the possibility to change the language from spanish to english, the sprite bottle is 200ml which is quite small compared to other restaurants having 330ml bottles. The toilet is secured so that either you pay 1 euro to get in, or you get a costumer coin from the waiter that lets you get...
